What is this? I saw you charged my bank account, True.com - You took money out of my bank and I dont know who you are! Please put it back!

during the past five months i was being billed by true.com, inwhich I never had an account with. I contacted american express to dispute these charges and tried to contact this business ,but to no avail.I don't know how they got my credit card number and I didn't have an account with them.
please help me resovle this issue.
September 25, 2009 CHKCARDTrue.com TXUS charged my bank account two times for $53.29. Which was NEVER authorized. I have never used their website nor any other online dating service. The fact they deducted two payments of $53.29 has over drawn my account.
The $106.58 withdrawn from my account that was NEVER authorized also drained my savings account leaving me a negative amount I now owe the bank. I have to have gas to get to my job, I have to continue to provide for my family till the next payday. I have a 1 year old that has to have diapers and now I have NO MONEY!
On July the 3rd 2009 I call True.com at 866-583-8783 and told them I did not want their service and they told me that they would not give me my money back and they gave me a free month (Aug, 2009)because,I was so unhappy with their service. And I told them no matter what I want to cancel in Sept.2009 and they still charge to my Mastercard account-$49.99,$6.00 and $3.99. I reported to my Bank and they still won't give me my money back.This is one of those scam companies and I want my money back now.
I received a phone call during the evening of 11/8/06 from an individual stating I had taken a recent survey and had now won a trip. I hadn't recalled the survey they spoke of. I was told that all I had to do was give my opinion on a new cleaning system that was the size of a football. It was a new product/business in the area that was being introduced. I would get airfare and expenses paid for a trip, all I had to do was meet with a representative to sample the product and give my opinion, along with my spouse on 11/9/06 at 6:30 pm. No strings attached, nothing to purchase. The gal kept repeating the no sales pitch, no strings attached, all expense paid trip, such a deal speech. I can't believe I fell for it. Well, it turned out to be a vacuum cleaner salesman. I did not purchase one, as he wanted $2,600.00 for one....ha ha!! Anyway, I had been promised two trips by the woman on the phone from the previous evening if I guaranteed my spouse would be home. Only got one, but it is basically worthless because there are so many strings attached to actually obtaining a reservation.
