Within six hours of updating my 'account', I attempted to "log on" and was told that I was non-existent in their data-banks. I notified them that they had just accepted payment, and they Emailed back that my entire profile (which had taken considerable time to post) had been deleted through some type of technical error, and that I should spend another couple of hours posting a new profile. Well, I was disgusted and requested a refund, a request which they have not seen fit to even answer. I Emailed them again asking for a response. Again, I have heard nothing at all.

R. was on singlesnet web sight in 2006-2007. His profile said he was a widow. I have a a copy of his online profile indicating he listed marital status as a widow. I have saved pictures, emails, on line greeting cards and most all of his emails. This man emailed many many times. He called me on his cell phone, he texted me everyday. He came over regulary, met my daughter and her boyfriend. Him and I went to dinner with his best friend. He played his widow profile very well.
I found out he was married for 33 years when I went to his house. He was not home, but his unsuspecting wife was. When I told him I found out, he threatened me that his daughter who is an attorney recommened he report me to the police for stalking him. I never went near him or his house. I simply text messaged him that I was going to tell his wife family and friends what he did, and that I had proof. I did feel threatened by him, using his daughter, an attorney, to keep my mouth shut,he lied to her, trying to make me out as a stalker, that he was being victimized by an internet nut case. When in fact he was the one victimizing me by internet fraud claiming to be a widow.
This occured in Dec 2006 to Oct 7 2007. I was not aware his profile was illegal, but his daughter who i copied email to, certainly did. It was bad enough that I fell for the man. Threatening me with legal action put me over the edge.
Depression, went to psychiatrist for depression medicine. I stopped eating, sleeping, did a lot of crying. Paid fortune in medical bills. I still have anxiety and find it very difficult to forget what this man did to me. I would like to see if there is any legal action I can pursue. However I did not realize this was internet fraud till 2009. This took place in 2007. Please advise

I have put an ad in Craigslist. This company keeps answering the ad, hundreds of emails, posing as real respondents offering sex and drugs. I have called them up and they claim they have nothing to do with this. The email gives a url which is then rediredted to Singlesnet.com. so of course they have something to do with it.
I have spent hours tracking down weather these ads are legit. It ittitates me how they fill up my mail box with hundreds of different email addresses so I can not filter them out. It is deceptive and probablly illegal since they promise sex and drugs if I respond.

Craigslist users beware! While browsing the personals section, I found a woman named Jenny. She looked cute and all, so I emailed her. The only response I got was that she could only chat via one site she belonged to, and gave a link. The link redirects to singlesnet. The profile does not exist, and neither did Jenny. They culled a picture off one of the victims of this scam and used it in a craigslist ad to draw in more victims.
Craigslist has tons of these fraudulent ads scattered around, to the point where I seriously doubt I could find anyone through that service. Most are identical to each other, changing only a name, and of course which city it is posted in. To me this is fraud and misrepresentation. There are no real people on that site, only victims of a scam and their own fabricated profiles. I certainly would not want my debit card's number in such unscrupulous hands! As an added note, Yahoo Personals, and Match are much the same. I wouldn't recommend any of these so called dating services that charge; they are only after your credit card number.
I do not join scam sites like that. I feel people need to know of this.

They are a fraud. I paid them $24.99 and so far i been receiving spam account thats don't even exist. The people that own this site should be shutdown reimburse people their money back. I will take down their information and go see an attorney about class act lawsuit action against this company. Scam from helpless people.
Wasted lots of time and emotional drain. I want them to stop making these faults misleading dating site.

You don't need me to list the perpetrators because they are all these online dating sites that lie and all bad things and I wrote singlesnet.com about me getting all black girls and no others but that isn't the worst of the problem they use somebody else's head or body because if they are black why is the photo all white and they also say they are 96 years old and in their profile they say they are 35 years old and some of them don't give an actual age but all you have to do is look at their photos.
I get about 10 per day of these black snakes and I assume they want my money or anybody's money it is really distcusting after for about 7 years I have been paying multiple sites for women and no good results and there is a problem with Dr. Phil on Match.com and I am out many thousands of dollars and still single and I have been on that old goat e-harmony about 3 times and no results there either I am 68 years old and I deserve better than this from all these people
I am still alone after losing my late wife of 37 years and I need a nice lady companion and the thousands of dollars I have wasted because I trust these dating sites and all they have told me when I do get a response from them is they have no say of what people do or don't do on their sites why is this they are making money hand over fist at a lot of people as well as us seniors that can least afford this garbage treatment, you should stop them all

This is singles dating site that is misleading its members by emailing them, saying others have sent them messages, when they indeed have not sent messages. It is very confusing to be told someone has sent a message, then finding out they didn't. singlesnet.com does this to try and get people to pay for a membership in order to respond to these fake messages.
I have emailed singlesnet.com a few times, and always get the same answer this message was not sent by the person, it was sent by our database. Then why do they send these emails claiming they are sent by another member? This is false and misleading, and done with the intent to extract $$ from members so they can respond to these fake messages. They need to stop this practice and become an honest service or get off the internet.
I have not paid for the membership, because I figured them out before they scammed me. But others have paid only to find out the messages were not from other members, as claimed by singlesnet. Emotional damage occurs in any member misled by them because they get their hopes up, only to find out they have been scammed by the service.
