With over 30 years of experience in helping people find true love, Great Expectations is the largest and oldest dating service in the country. Often imitated but never duplicated, we set the standard for all the other services. We pride ourselves in providing quality of service and attention to detail that is unparalleled in the dating industry. We literally have THOUSANDS of success stories, and a dedicated following of members who value the level of service that we offer.
Of course, with a company of this size (over 50 centers and growing!), there will always be a few people who, for one reason or another, feel a level of dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, these members tend to be more outspoken than our greater majority of satisfied clients. Regardless of the nature of the complaint, we make every effort to remedy any issues.
Often, those who join our service and then turn around the next day and request cancellation are usually experiencing what you might call cold feet. It is very normal and we are prepared for this event each time someone joins. Another common complaint is from new members to the service who have less-than-average internet skills who have trouble navigating our site. This is not to suggest that our site is in any way difficult to use to the contrary. For these people our Member Care specialists are available from 9am to 9 pm, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturday, and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
The bottom line: If you or someone you know feels that they have an issue with our service of ANY kind, please contact our Member Care Specialist at your particular location. I am confident that they will do whatever they can to remedy any situation that arises.
