There was a dispute with the terms and conditions followed with documented technical errors with their dating website, documented condescending remarks from Bone Fish Ltd, sending me emails after I asked them not to. I was forced to deal with one employee and had no access to anyone else in their company who could hear my concerns regarding technical issues, billing issues, lack of customer service.

After I was getting nowhere I asked iin my emails that I do not want a reply but [she] would reply anyway with condescending remarks. Even after I cancelled my subscription and deleted my account two weeks before the so called 5 day period prior to cancellation I was still billed which aggravated me even more and I was forced to communicate with this person again which was the last thing I wanted to do.

Well, this experience has soiled my taste with online dating. I will not use one again where I have to pay. As a paying customer they would not even give me a copy of their terms and conditions nor would they provide me with information for contacting the CEO so that I could express my complaints in a formal letter. I had to scour the internet to find this information. I have documented copies of all the emails that have transpired, I have copied and pasted the technical problems in to word documents (shows the actual pictures of the error pages) which Bone Ltd keeps denying occurred. I have a 4 year degree in Business Management with a Minor in Marketing and served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and my own professional opinion tells me that the way I was treated by this company is unacceptable when it comes to the rights of American consumers.
