Here is another user-unfriendly dating website - AmateurMatch.com. I wanted to purchase a one-month membership. After completing my payment transaction, I immediately noted that I had been charged for a 3-month membership. I immediately contacted the company by phone and was directed to contact their support team via email. I explained my request, that I be credited for the difference and set up for a one-month membership. They refused to do so, saying it was "not possible to issue a credit". I sent several more requests, to no avail. They simply refused to satisfy my reasonable request!
I believe that the site management is simply money-hungry and their behavior suggests that they have no concern for customer satisfaction. I deplore these sorts of businesses and warn you to avoid the site. You may fall victim to their greed too, in one way or another. We don't need to deal with AmateurMatch.com and frankly, we should not support them with paid membership. After my unsuccessful attempt to correct my order, I felt a moral obligation to discontinue my membership --effective immediately (with 89 days of paid use remaining). I could never enjoy using the site after being cheated by the site's management on my membership order. I urge you to take your dating search business to another site.
