I received a letter indicating I would recieve up to 10,000 in credit. There would be no credit check and I was garaunteed this credit simply by sending a check for 35 dollars. Since I was recovering for some credit issues I thought it was a great opportunity. Apparently that wasn't the case. I canceled all ties with the company and lost my 35 dollars. I'm very upset and stressed to know that I was mislead by there advertisment

I'm on a fixed income and wanted a credit card for emergencies and now I have lost my money and cannot restore my poor credit either.

I paid a 32.00 return fee from my bank, but I sent that debit right back to them! Lucky enough I caught the charge within 48 hrs of it being debited and my bank had no problem sending it back. Most banks will do this even further out if you can show proof (like this web page) that they are a FRAUD!

I was online looking for a reputable company to get a credit card for improving my credit, which is in the tank, when I started to fill out the application. I got to the end when they wanted 99.00 up front. This is when I canceled out the web site. I did not submit anything. The next thing you know is that they took the 99.00 out of my checking account. There must be a cookie of some sort installed when you start the application. I can't see any other way. This is fraud, and something needs to be done about this. How many people, not only on this site but how many other so called business' get away with it. I live on a shoestring and in the negative with my checking account. Now with all the other over the limit fees and bounced checks I screwed. Plus the time I need to take out of my life to try to straighten this out.
