The Direct Merchants Bank has been billing my father (74yrs old) for a Master Card he never accepted. He has not requested any service from this bank. The bank keeps revolving outrageous charges to an account my father never asked for. I personally have spoken to Direct Merchants bank Customer Service Department several times. The say they have credited the account and closed it. Next monthe we get another bill with intrest. We are considering legal action. My father is 74 years old and cannot always interpet how to use confusing menu systems. He is stressing out about Direct Merchants Bank Messing up his credit.

I recieved a letter in the mail saying that i was preapproved for a Mastercard with a $500.00 credit limit. Everything was going fine for the first few months, then all of a sudden my payments were late, I wasn't getting my statements, they were charging me for a protection plan that I didn't want. I also had a secound card put in my boyfriend's name. When i called to have his name taken off the account they said that they would mail me papers for me to sign saying that i wanted his name removed from the accout. So far i have sent the papers six times and his name is still not off, also the employees are very rude andnasty when you call them with a problem.
