Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Order at your own risk. This company has scammed countless people out of return money by manufacturing fraudulent claims of wigs being returned in "worn" condition even if they were never taken out of the box! I didn't know anything about this because this company actively removes negative reviews from their blog, website, and YouTube pages.

I ordered a beautiful Raquel ** wig only to find that the length was too short--something I could determine before I ever removed it from the box. I wanted to exchange it for a longer style in the same brand and color. To make a long story short, they refused to give me my money back. They only offered 50% on the exchange and then only gave me 10 days to come up with the money or they would charge another 50%.

Please be careful. I read negative reviews and assumed that they were exaggerations. This is not the case. I will never order from this company again. If you value your money, and value good customer service, please heed my warning and stay away. I feel like I got mugged by this company. Their return policy is a complete scam. I essentially gave them $152 + $11 return shipping just for the hassle of dealing with them, and I have no wig to show for it. I might as well have set my money on fire--at least, it would have been less frustrating.

A wig was returned to company because it was too short. To deny me a full credit, they fabricated its condition quite a bit. The only statement true that applies to my return is tissue paper for crown not returned (it was in the box, but not wrapped around the wig). "Upon inspection, we found your returned item in the following conditions: wig was not inverted, hair net, tissue paper for crown and wig is missing, adjustable straps have been altered." Wig was returned inside-out, hair net (I don't have a clue as to this, there was no hair net on the wig), tissue paper (cost to me was $127.47 for a piece of tissue paper that was not around the wig, but placed inside the box), straps were not altered, if the wig wasn't tried on, how could that have been altered?).

This company is a joke to buy from unless you are absolutely (200%) sure of the item you want. To lie on top of the 50% fee, they won't return to you due to a few cents worth of tissue paper, is not a company I would recommend to anyone! I am going to pay an additional $6.95 to have the wig re-sent to me besides the $14.00 I paid to return it to them insured and the $254.95 price for the wig I will never wear.

I ordered one wig. I liked it and kept it. I then ordered another which came in a very different color than I ordered. I sent it back to be replaced with another color. They have a no return policy unless the wig has not been touched. My husband and I opened the box carefully, took one look at the color and closed the box. No touching. I sent it back with packing all around it. I was informed that the wig arrived in a terrible state. The wig was all over the place, the hair net half on, etc. I know that didn't happen so then I began to smell the rat that is Vogue Wigs. They said they would credit me fifty percent if I wanted to buy another wig.

I wrote and on the phone told them NO, just send the original wig back. They said they would. Then I got a mail that if I wanted it sent back I had to pay them $6.95 shipping and it had to be a money order. Okay, I know I am scammed but my husband sent the money. I got a mail telling me they received the money and the wig would be sent. I wrote back and said I want it sent now. I just got an email today telling me that it was to arrive on the 17th, didn't happen, and I should contact them if it didn't.

I wonder what would happen if I do contact them. They would probably ask for more money because of some problem or other. This company is such a total scam. I certainly did alert my cc company so they aren't going to get anything but that seven buck shipping. If it does not arrive tomorrow, I will contact them and see what they say. This has become comical and entertaining. From what I have read this company is not to be delt with. How can people be so evil?

I ordered Aqua bond from their web site and they sent me a different product than what was advertised. I ordered the same product later from Premiere Products and received exactly what was pictured on the Vogue wigs site. Vogue wigs did a bait and switch on me and then in the packing box included their "no return no exchange policy" and a 20percent restocking fee if they do allow the item to be exchanged.
