I placed an order on Visol.com in 22 July 2009 for a Xemos Hair Remover after seeing an advertisement in Facebook. I sent emails to check on my order after not receiving it for 1 month. They always responded politely and said the shipment was going to be shipped. But week after week, I waited and it never arrived. I contacted PayPal for a dispute and wanted to attempt to recover my money but to no avail PayPal said they could not guarantee the recovery of my money as stated under their terms and conditions. Later I found out that the company was filing for bankruptcy. Now, I've read from the internet it is confirmed a scam!
I ordered the Xemos on the 23 July '09 and paid in full through Paypal. I didn't receive my item nor any explanation or money back and after chasing them for approximately 6 months, I got nothing other than 12 generic emails telling me there had been delays and I would receive the item soon and then they went bankrupt. There has to be something that someone can do. I'm a single mom. I saved for ages for this item and now I have nothing to show for it. No one can give me any assistance as to what to do about it. It's over $300USD I paid. I really need that back.
I ordered a laser hair remover in July and was promised that it would be shipped within 2 weeks. I paid with paypal thinking they verify all their buyers and sellers. I kept checking back with the company and was told that the item would be shipped many times, that they had made a mistake and would correct the situation. They even said they would credit my shipping costs, which never was done.
I never received my products, the hair remover or the protective glasses. Now it has been over 6 months, they have quit accepting calls and emails. You can't even get on their website any more. I am sure I was scammed and that they were taking a lot of money from many people. Please let me know if you have any recommendations for me. THANKS. I lost $245.00 and never received my products.
I ordered the Xemos Hair Removal Package from Vital Solutions (ViSol) in July of 2009 and its now November I still haven't received the product not have i hear anything from the company. I tried several times to contact them by email and i keep getting an automated reply saying that a representative will contact me in about 1 business day but they never did. Now i'm out of $300 and i dont know what to do.
I ordered this product paid through Pay Pal and have never received it. The company is now off line. How do I get my money back. The number they give does not work the web site is pulled. The reason I use Pay Pal is because I thought it was safe. I am now out over $400.00, any suggestions?
I made a purchase on 21 July 2009. The promised that the parcel will be shipped within 14 days. This did not take place and after many e-mails I was finally told that the shipping department made an error. I was refunded my shipping cost as an apology for the delay. I was then promised that the goods will be shipped within a week of the refund. This is now over 5 months later and still I have not received my purchase. I have contacted them via e-mail again on many occasions and now no one gets back to me. As well as there website is not working.
Brief summary of dispute. Item was purchased on 21 July 2009. I contacted them on 06 August 2009 to ask the whereabouts of my parcel. I contacted them again on 19 August 2009 to find out if my order was shipped. I contacted them again on 21 August 2009 to find out if my order was shipped. I contacted them again on 25 August 2009 to find out if my order was shipped. I contacted them again on 26 August 2009 to find out and they finally gave me an answer stating that there shipping department made an Error. They refunded my shipping cost as an apology for the late and bad service. I was then told that my order will be shipped within a week
I contacted them again on 11 September 2009 as I had not received any news. I contacted them again on 16 September 2009 as I had not received any news. I contacted them again on 21 September 2009 as they still have not come back to me. To date no one has come back to me and I still have not received my parcel/ order. PAYPAL has been no help and the fact that they are still taking money for orders after people have compained about this company tells me that they should take some responsibility. I was robbed of 284.90 USD.
vital solutions are a fraudulent company. I bought an item from Visol / Vital solutions via Paypal form an ad on facebook on july 24th. They are a bogus US based company who use Paypal for online purchases. They closed down visol and are now reopening as vilay.com or xemos or something.
I have ordered 2 products from Visol on the 17th of August and it cost me $856.00. as of now I still haven't recieved the products. I have email them so many times and no replies. Now their website is no longer functional. I don't know who else to report this complain. I tried to get my money back from paypal and they are refusing due to no fundings is available from Visol. Please if you can help I would greatly appriate it. Thank you
I saw an advertisment on facebook for a hairlaser machine. Clicked the link to follow through the website. Everything seemed legit until I purchased the product. I paid close to $350AUSD for the product and hadnt recieved any notice on my products shippment date. Many emails were sent with one reply saying they will be in contact soon. Currently there website states they are having a few problems.
I contacted Paypay but said they cant do anything anymore about the case unless more people had disputes. If anyone has had problems contact Paypal so the cases can be reopened and action taken. Im just a student I dont make a lot of money and I saved money to buy a product like this to save me in the long run only to be robbed in the end.
Shortly after I bought a product from Visol Solutions, all I got was a debit from my checking account. No emails of anything. No order numbers. Nothing. Just a debit. When checking their website, I found they are restructuring. I filed a complaint with Paypal, they said I can't get a refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB they said there is no response. If I don't hear from them soon I will file a complaint with the FBI for internet fraud. I've emailed everyother day just about and No response from Vital Solutions.
This company was advertising on Facebook for a laser-hair removal system for home use. I ordered, and immediately returned the product according to their protocols. I had paid through Paypal an amount of $279.94. When I attempted to return the product, I found that the returns were made to South Korea, at a cost of $19.36. When I complained about that, they told me that it was in the small print of their policy, and there was nothing they could do, but just return the product for a refund. I retuned the product on 8/3/09, and haven't heard anything from them. I have made repeated attempts to contact them regarding my refund which has failed to arrive. Upon checking their website today (www.visol.com) I see that they are restructuring to avoid bankruptcy.
