I wanted to try the Sheer Cover makeup. I called to order it to just try it on January 2011. I got an allergic reaction. I immediately I canceled my account. I explained what happened. They told me that it was closed. Second month, I got another package. I called right away and they said that my account was never canceled that I couldn't cancel it because they had sent another pack that I would have to send both back then cancel. By this time, my credit card was already charged $328. I took a picture of all the boxes and wrote on it "send back and return funds." I took it to the post office. I paid more so I can get tracking number, called back and told them what I did. They said again that the account was closed and that in six weeks, I would get my money back. After seven months of fighting, I never thought that the company would rob me over $500 and until this day, April 19, 2012, nothing. Please I don't have money for baby formula. I have borrowed from friends but my check all goes to Sheer Cover then my children and bills. If I knew this was going to be like this, I would have never ever ordered it to try it. Please help me.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I have canceled my account since January 4, 2012. Since then, I've called every month to ask why they have continued to charge my card. Not only did I never receive the product, they have charged me over $32.99 every month for over 4 months now. Each time I have called, someone would tell me they will send out a form for me to fill out about how I did not receive my product and refund me. Four months later, I still have not received that form; and they are still charging my account. I am convinced Sheer Cover is a scam and must be stopped.

account again this month. This is crazy. How can they do this and get away with it?

I signed up for a membership to Sheer Cover in 2010. In June and again in July 2011, I went online and cancelled my membership when I saw the shipment would go out in August. I was very surprised when a shipment arrived at my door. I wrote refused on the box and took it to the post office and I cancel my credit card to keep further charges on it. I am still receiving a bill for $73.30 that is going to collection. When I have tried to explain the series of events, they claim they did not receive the package back (how convenient) nor did they receive my cancellation (again, how convenient) until I called in January 2012. Do not sign up with this company. They will own you for the rest of you life.
Since November 13, 2011 I've been having problems with Sheer Cover. I asked them that I didn't want to pay with my credit card. I wrote them 3 times and there was no response. I also talked to Bank of America about the problem and said that they couldn't do anything about it. After many posts I put on the Sheer Cover page in Facebook, they told me that they'll stop charging my credit card and I told them that I canceled the account.
"Per your request, all future orders have been canceled. The effective date for this cancellation is February 13, 2012. Nothing further will be shipped unless you contact us to place a new order." This is what they said. But I checked my credit card account today and I found that they charged me four times for a total of $93.28 I wrote them again today but I'm tired of talking to them, so I'm writing you and beg you to please help me!

I ordered Sheer Cover from the TV in January 2012. I received the package a week later and was not satisfied with the product at all. I didn't realize they had entered me into an automatic program - and suddenly in February my account got charged almost $38!
I called and they told me to return the product when I received it. I got it yesterday (it took almost 2 weeks to get to me) and I am going to return it. After reading all the complaints on this website, I will send it registered mail so I know that they received it. Customer service also told me it may be up to 6 weeks before I see my money credited back into my account! Don't buy this product!

I signed up for a membership for this product, and received and paid for the first shipment. Shortly after that, I called and cancelled my membership, and said I don't want any more shipments. I was told that the next shipment had already been sent out, so when I receive it, I needed to mark return to sender, and send it back. I did that about 2 weeks ago, and since then, my card has been charged for a second time. I am very unhappy with my service, and would like to be refunded for the charge for the product I sent back, and the second charge that was just recently charged to my account.

I ordered a trial kit offer for $29.95. The actual mineral powder makeup size was tiny. Most mineral makeups come in a much larger size, and are around $25-$35. So, if you are ordering, specially for the mineral makeup, skip this offer all together. A month later, I was billed another $47.85. I called to find out why, and was told that another shipment was sent out. I told them to cancel the order. I was told it was too late, and that I could refuse the offer, once it arrived. He did not have an answer for why I was billed for something I had not received. When I checked their tracking site, it did show that the order was prepared for shipment, but not actually shipped. I received the package a couple weeks later, and then received another charge for $29.95.
Luckily, I returned the package to the Post Office, and got a tracking number. I was charged another $29.95. When I called to complain, I was told that it could take 6 weeks for my return to be processed. I waited 6 weeks, and still no credit. I emailed the customer service department with my tracking number, and nothing. I was billed another $29.95. So, I called again to inquire why I was still being billed, and why I had not received a credit. The rep said they did receive my return package, but it came outside the 60 day window for returns, so I would not be eligible for a credit. I provided the tracking information, and since I did have proof that I returned, well before the 60 day limit. They agreed to credit my account $137.70.
If I would not have gotten a tracking number, and then called to follow up, I would have ended up paying about $170 for that "trial kit". Sheer Cover really put an emphasis on what a great deal you are getting. You are not getting a good deal at all. There are several other companies that sell high quality mineral makeup, that are priced better, and have better customer service. The charges all took place from 11/3/11 to 2/24/12.

I ordered the product and paid for and kept the first shipment. Since then I called to cancel my membership and explained that I don't want to receive any more shipments. They told me a second shipment had already been shipped and before I could receive a refund, I needed to write on the product package "return to sender" when I received it. I did that about 2 weeks ago. I since then have been charged on my credit card twice in the amount of $29.95. I am very upset that I followed what I was instructed to do and I was still charged, not once but twice for this account. I would like a refund immediately, please. My account is now overdrawn since I only leave enough in my account for my bills. Now, because of this, my bank will charge me $34.00 for an overdraft fee.

Watched this ad on the chiller channel 193 pay $9.99 shipping for sample of product. Nowhere in this ad did it say I would be forced into an account with 4 month supply so product was sent and I was charged. Now I am told as I told them I do not want a account. I do not want their crap. No would I ever order because of the unethical way they do business that shipment was refused and returned. They had better remove charges from my card. Person on phone told me they are charging me another $9.95 shipping for something I didn't order and refused and sent back. Also it will take up to 6 weeks to refund my money.

I received a UPS delivery, and since I regularly get items shipped to me by UPS and FedEx, I took it and went in and sat back down at my desk. When I did look at it, I saw it was makeup. I'm a single guy with two dogs, who lives on a farm. What the ** do I need makeup for. I called the customer service number, and could reach no one, then I figured I'd press 1 to order, and sure enough, I got a live person. I stated my complaint, and in the background, I could hear nothing but a boiler room of activity with people on the phone, and cannot tell you how many times I heard the word return.
This rep could not locate anything for me in the system, then had the gall to ask me for my credit card number, which in turn I asked him for the last four digits of the card that was used, and the number he gave me with the expiration date, that did not match any card I processed. He informed me that the charge would be credited, to whose card? This business needs to be investigated as soon as possible. I will be contacting the USPS fraud division, as well as the BBB and probably the Attorney General!

I have asked Sheer Cover to cancel my order on Oct. 21, 2011. They continued to send the product. I tried again on 11/27/11 and was assured by an email that this time it was done. I was charged for the product in January of 2012 and a box soon followed. This time, I am sending it back with a letter of times, date, etc. when I canceled and am copying everything. I am at the verge of changing my bank accounts to get them off my back. If this doesn't work, I will find an attorney write a letter, maybe then they will listen.

I ordered the trial offer for $29.95 a few weeks ago and am not satisfied with your product so I want to cancel all future orders. I was told to open the package and follow directions on how to return, but I am not a dummy. If you open it, you have to pay return postage, so I'm returning it without opening and putting cancel all over the package. I will let my friends know not to order your product because it's a scam. The product started off at $29.95 and so far, my credit card will be charged $149.75. That's a sad situation to treat customers that way. Please don't call my number or send any emails to me. I'm done with your product.

In a nutshell, Sheer Cover's "trial period" is a scam. I ordered the "free" sample, offered online, paying $4.99 to cover the shipping and handling. I received the sample (which was very small, but enough to see that the makeup was not as effective as advertised). A week and a half later, I called to cancel the order, four days later, only to find out it was past the 14 day "trial" period (remember, I had only had the make-up sample for four days), and that I had been enrolled in the automatic shipment plan, and that it had been shipped, and my credit card charged.
I did not receive that shipment, until two weeks later. It must have been sent using a camel, especially considering the shipping and handling costs charged to my charge card (camels don't drink much but they eat a lot). I returned the shipment without using the products, had enough good sense to send it registered, so that I could prove they received it, and six weeks later, I still haven't been credited. I am not a happy camper here. This "free" sample has ended up costing me over $25 in shipping and handling charges. I'll stick with Cover Girl, thank you very much.

This company engages in deception marketing and fraudulent billing practice. I was lured by one of their late night infomercials: 30 day free trial period on their trial package. Unless you call them before the 30 day trial ends, they will automatically enroll you in their automatic shipment program.
So, I ordered their free trial package and this was when the deception started. First of all, it took them 2 weeks to ship the package to me, and 2 weeks later, I noticed a charge in my credit card from Sheer Cover. I call the customer service and explained to them that I only had 2 weeks of trial (not the 30 days that was promised, and she explained to me that the 30 days trial started with the date of order (even though it took them 2 weeks to ship it to me), and since the 30 day trial factor into the 2 weeks shipping time, I was enrolled by default into their automated shipment program.
She then told me I can simply refuse shipment and they will process refund upon receipt of refused shipment. So, I patiently waited for the arrival of the auto-shipment package. Guess what, it again took 2 weeks. They billed my credit card on the 12/12, and I did not receive the shipment until 01/04 of next year! I took the package to the post office the very next day (01/05) and received a refused shipment receipt from post office for returning the package to Sheer Cover. I called Sheer Cover again and they told me that I need to give them 4-6 weeks to process the refund to me! Can you really believe this?
Yesterday was 01/20 and I noticed another charge by Sheer Cover on my credit card. I called their customer service again, and they said that they had not processed my refund (and I shipped the package back to them 2 weeks ago), and before they process my refund, they had the right to continue billing me for the monthly installment (balance on the shipment).
Don't fall prey to this company. They purposely delay shipments to you so they can enroll you in their auto-shipment program while you believe you are still within your 30 day trial period. When they ship the auto-shipment to you, it will again be purposely delayed. Then, they will lengthen the refund processing time so they can continue to bill your account for the next 2 or 3 installment. This company should be put out business. Google search for Sheer Cover complaint, and you will found lots of complaints again this company. I should have done this myself before I ordered the trial from them. Please do yourself a favor, investigate this company before you order from them.

I ordered and paid for a trial package. When I called to cancel because I do not like the product I was first told it was too late because the next automatic order had shipped. I had already checked and knew that was not true. They then admitted it hadn't shipped but was "being processed" and they couldn't stop the shipment. So they are billing me and shipping me something I've said I don't want and that won't according to them ship for a few days from today. I will then have to return it and will have to pay to send it registered or they can claim I never sent it back.

This has been the worst experience ever. I purchased the product after watching a TV Info commercial and received it within two weeks. I then tried it and did not like the look - pancake makeup is what it looked like after a few hours. No one at work liked it and neither did my husband. I sent it back within 30 days, that was June 26 and I am still sending emails on a daily basis asking for my refund. They keep saying they never received the product and the time has run out. I sent them a copy of the Registered Canada Post proof of delivery and the name of the person who signed for it and the date.
They just keep sending me a standard email with the same 3 paragraphs. They are not even reading my emails. I think it goes into an email box and an auto reply is sent out the next morning. They now have the product and my $180. I went to their parent company and they have shipped out in excess of 25 million orders from Guthe Renker parent company. This is a company with deep pockets and refuses to stand by their word on TV and their website is despicable. Their spokesperson Leeza ** should be working for another company. Shame on all of you.

I ordered Sheer Cover makeup from infomercial on television advertising for $29.99 with free shipping. I received my package and was charged for shipping also on 05/19/10. This company continues to charge my Debit/Credit card every month for $36.64 and I never receive any products. I was charged in June, July and August for $36.64 each month, except August which for some reason the price went up to $46.64. I called my bank to cancel credit card so that they would not be able to charge my account for products that never ship to me.
When I call the number on 08/15/10, they seem to know who I am when they answer the phone, caller id I suppose. When I inquired as to the amounts, I was being charged monthly. The price I was told was $119.00 for the kit. What happened to the $29.99 and free shipping that was advertised on national television? They are frauding hundreds of people with misrepresention of their products, and this has been going on since 2007. As far as I can tell by the over 400 complaints on the consumeraffairs.com website that I found online, not to mention other websites about this company such as Sheercover complaints or Sheercover ripoffs.com. How long is this going to continue to happen to the consumers before they are stopped? They seriously need to be held accountable for their false and misleading ads.

My wife signed up Sheer Cover and on her third shipment, had to change the tone because she had started tanning. They sent the wrong one anyway and she called to complain and they told her "no problem". Just send it back and we will send out the right kit. Well, they had taken the money out of our account for that kit after they received it back and we had confirmation from the post office .Then they took the money again for the other kit. They have denied getting the kit back for 4 months then it mysteriously appeared, now they are billing her for $19.93 and still have not returned the $46.00 payment that they took after getting their product back.
After a 34 minute conversation today, they tried to convince her that they refunded $109.00 and $9.99 shipping (no they did not). Then the next person that got on the phone said, "Oh no we didn't refund anything" but now they want our bank statements to prove they took the money and the last person she talked to today (Sandy), claims that they are a wonderful company and wouldn't do this to anyone! So now they also are threatening to send her to a collection agency. This is a scam. We will never get our money back. My wife even told them to keep the $46.00 and forget the $19.93 that she "owes" them and they said that was against company policy.

I ordered a trial kit to try out product. Didn't like it. Called a month later to cancel subscription so they won't send me monthly kits and bill me. Got a bill six months later, asking me for payment of something they shipped. I called to inquire. The customer service agent confirmed that I don't have an open account and that they were the ones who owed me money since they billed my PayPal account for the shipment that did not arrive.
Got another bill the following month so I called again. Customer service agent said the same thing - that I don't have an open account and that the system shows that they owe me money. Got two more invoices again the following few months. This time, they say, they have absolutely no record of the calls I made and the previous conversations I had with their customer service agents. How convenient!
And that by now, it is too late for them to do anything because it is way past their money back guarantee period so I have to pay them or they are sending the fictitious debt to a collections agency. And guess what? My account has suddenly become "active all this time" and that another shipment will be sent out.
I asked that to be cancelled again but how do you trust a company to follow through anymore?! It's not right to harass someone for money they didn't owe and continually push goods that they didn't order.
Time wasted dealing with harassment. Emotional distress with threats of collection of money not owed.

Unbelievable! Just trying to return a second order that I never needed is ridiculous! They took ~$98.00 out of my Paypal account for items I did not purchase! Hit my bank account! When I called, they said it had already shipped which it had not. I cancelled my subscription due to the makeup breaking me out! I unfortunately did not keep all the names of the individuals I spoke with but it has been five weeks now and I just found out that the "check" is in the mail could take 4-6 weeks additional to get? really? They must have strapped it to the back of a turtle if it is going to take that long! Then the automated system said the credit was to my credit card...hmmm, which one?
I am disappointed in being given false information the first call. I was told that once it arrives just mark "return to sender" "receipt denied" and that was it. well, then I was told by another individual after I did this that I should have taken it down to the post office to get a return receipt. Really? Make up your minds. The customer service is terrible. I emailed letters multiple times and kept getting different responses. I am very disappointed and will never use their products again.
The call I made today really set me off. "Pam" answered, called me by name then gave me the incorrect information for another person at another address, then proceeded to tell me that there were two names for my address. When I asked the second name, she said she could not give that information to me due to privacy law. Well, she already gave me the wrong address and wrong name. I told her that I have lived there for 25 yrs. and no one else bought their products! When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she would not transfer me nor give me a name to call back. All the calls were not noted. Only call is to her when she cancelled my subscription. Strange. I am a very patient person but this was ridiculous.

This is the ongoing development in my former complaint. After going thru several more customer service reps I finally demanded to speak to a supervisor. I was given "Amanda", who was supposed to fax my bank a letter stating that the charges could be removed. At 6:30 that evening my bank called to let me know that they had not received the fax. I called Sheer Cover again and was put thru to Carey, another supervisor. She claimed that Amanda had sent the fax. I told her that the bank had not received it.
This was on Friday evening. By Monday morning, one of the $175 charges was removed. I then called on the original complaint of being overbilled. At first Carey was trying to figure up what the bill would be; by the end of the call the entire amount was removed. I spent the better part of 3-4 days arguing with these people over their mistakes. I did find a number for Guthy-Renker on another site that I used to contact their customer relations to speak with them. Rene did call me back and knew the situation already. I was told if I was not satisfied with the outcome to call her back. I have cancelled with them but I am still waiting for this last shipment that was supposed to have been shipped out 2 weeks ago. It's really a shame that a product that I love to use has to come from a company that I will never feel comfortable using ever again!

I had an account with Sheer Cover over four years ago and cancelled it due to numerous customer service issues, i.e. wrong orders, over-billing, lying about ship dates, and etc. I like the make-up so I decided to try them again. My first order took forever to get here but at least the bill was correct. When time for the 2nd order came, I was in Texas, so I decided to use the option of going online to do a "ship now" and also changed the order to a lesser amount. Originally, it would have been around a hundred dollars. The new order was for $75.
Four days later, I checked their website and saw that nothing had been shipped so I called them. I was told that it had been shipped the day before. The next day, I checked my bank account and saw that I had been billed for $175. So I called them again. I explained to the rep that I needed the extra $100 put back in immediately as I was traveling home from TX and that was all I had. She said it would take 4-5 days to get it back into my account. Imagine my surprise when I got to GA yesterday and checked my account and found that I had been billed another $175! This caused my account to be over drafted!
I called today and first spoke to Karen. I was told again that it would take 4-5 days to refund it to my account. She also informed me that using the website to do orders always creates a problem. (So why don't they do phone orders only?) I then talked to my bank and was told to have Sheer Cover fax them a letter stating the second charge could be removed. That time, I was answered by a rep named Sheila that was supposed to transfer me to a manager. After holding for 5 minutes, I was disconnected. Next call was answered and the same thing happened again! The next time I called, I actually used my account number during the automated part and got transferred to Jessica. I told her that I wanted a supervisor manager to speak to immediately and to please not hang up on me again. I was then put to Amanda, who has told me that she will have someone contact my bank today. I will update this as soon as I am contacted by my bank.

I ordered products from Sheer Cover On December 1st, and it was delivered on December 16th, and to this date, February 3rd 2010, I have not received a refund. An Auto shipment for a second package was sent out, because the first package was not processed for cancellation. The second package was for a three month supply, and I was going to be billed in three installments. I have received one charge for this package that was returned already, and I called again to cancel the account. Since then, I have been charged again. I was told by the company that It takes about six weeks to get my money back, which I think is too long. If my first order hasn't been processed yet, how long will I have to wait for my second return to be processed. In addition, I have to pay for these items to be shipped back.
Secondly, in the first order, I was given a sample of vitamins and the following month, I was charged $37.00 for a bottle of vitamins. I never wanted to receive vitamins. It was a sample. When I called Sheer Cover about this, I was told that the vitamins are under a different department. This was never explained. I had to hang up, and call the department. The representative told me that I was supposed to call them to cancel my account for vitamins. I never new I had an account, but I canceled my "account" with them. I was under the impression that It was one company. I have received a refund for the return, and I have never received a return from Sheer Cover. When I called, all they can say is that, I will get a refund, but they can never say when.
I feel they should not be in business. They are quick to charge someone's card, but then, you have to be behind them to get your money back.I have placed other online orders, and I have never had to wait this long, or deal with issues like this before. It is sad that it is already February, and I haven't received anything since December, and I am still getting charged.

I had ordered a sample of a product that was 30 dollars. Sheer Cover gladly sent the sample. I decided I didnt want it because what little bit I got for 30 dollars was outragiouse so I sent the product back immediatily. After sending the product back I had called the company and told them thet I sent back there product and I was requesting to be discharged from any other obilgations. They agreed and that was that. A couple weeks later the package was resent to the same address with a bill for 140.00 dollars. We sent it back agian.
After that I moved to NC and my mother in law told me I had a package arrive with a bill for 140.00 dollars. This same package arrived at the same place on 3 seperate occasions and on all occasions. My mother in law called Sheer Cover and the rep told her to send the item back if she did not want it. So the package was sent back immediatily.
So now I have a collection on my credit report for 140.00 when I didnt even keep the product when yet I was still billed. The rep. admitted to me that Sheer Cover indeed has the package that I sent back to them but yet my balance still remains 140.00. Does anyone else see anything wrong with this situation?

I had an account with the Sheer Cover products and ordered their products twice. Their ordering program consists of a shipping schedule that periodically and automatically sends a list of products. I called in the Winter of 2007 to have my orders paused and was told that if I did not reactivate my account by April 2008 that my account will be disactivated until I called again to reactivate my shipping schedule. However, I was sent a package of four products in April 2008 that cost $75.51. I did not order the products nor reactivated my shipping schedule. I called Sheer Covers customer service and was told that since I did not call to terminate my account that I was sent the products because it is their policy that after months of having an account shipping schedule paused they automatically send products. However, i was told differently when I called in the Winter of 2007.
So I asked for return labels to be mailed to me. After a month or so of not receiving the return labels and being billed, I called again to have the return labels mailed to me. However, I did not receive the second request of return labels once again. I called a third time and was told that the return labels had been sent on both occasions, however, i did not receive any and they supposedly were to resend another batch of return labels in response to that call. In about a month I was sent two sets of return labels and within the month--in summer 2008 I sent the package with its original content and in its original form with the return label address attached.
However I was still being billed months after which I did not pay much attention to because i thought the products were still being processed. Once an extended amount of time had passed (a couple of months) I called Sheer Cover in order to confirm if they had received my package but no customer service representative could ever confirm its arrival or processing. So I waited to see if it would eventually happen since in my experience with ordering products from Guthy-Renker's Sheer Cover I knew that their processing time was extensive. Their products arrived weeks after being order and their bills arrived sporadically. In the late 2008 I received notice that my Sheer cover balance, that should not have existed any more since I returned the product, was now sent to collection in SKO Brenner American INC. I called to speak to the Sheer Cover customer representatives to inquire about the notice I received and they told me to call SKO Brennner American INC. in order to resolve my dispute because it was no longer their concern.
So I called the collection company and they reffered me to call Sheer Cover in order to clarify my return dispute. I called Sheer Cover once again and asked to talk to a supervisor which told me that they would remove my balance and would contact the collection company to remove my account from their possession. So I waited to have that happen, however, after some weeks I was once again sent a notice of my balance being in collection. So once again I called SKO Brenner American INC. they once again told me to solve my dispute with Sheer Cover but I objected telling them that that was getting me nowhere and if they could contact Guthy-Renker, they complied and told to me call back in three business days, this was already December 2008.
I called back in January 2009 because I went on a three-week long trip and was unable to call three business days after my call in Decmeber, as I was told. Once I called SKO Brenner American INC. they told me that they had contacted Sheer Cover and they told them that my account balance was still intact and I was advised to call Sheer Cover. I called Sheer Cover on the same day and was told that my balance was no longer in the system that I was absolved from the responsibility to repay it, they had accepted that I had returned the product. I told them that I was now going back and forth with both companies trying to convince them of what the other has claimed. However, I was just being sent back and forth because when the companies contacted one another the balance was claimed to still be intact yet when I speak to Sheer Cover they claim I am absolved from the balance. I have called SKO Brenner American INC. today, February 2nd 2009 and they have told me that my current balance at Sheer Cover is $0 but that they are not responding to the collection company's process to eliminate my account and that I am to wait another three days to see the outcome of this dispute. It has been over a year and Sheer Cover fails to responsibly handle my orders,my return and the elimination of my balance. They are irresponsibly handling my credit.

I had already returned one shipment from Sheer Coverage due to an adverse reaction, 3 months later I receive another shipment and notice 29.95 removed out of my checking account. I immediately returned the product however over the next two months 29.95 each month was removed from my account. I have corresponed with Sheer Coverage via e-mail several times, but the money has not been returned.

I ordered the product when I received it I had thirty days. I found I had an allergy to the product and called them to stop any future orders they confirmed I would not till I called them again to request it I hadt ill January to decide. Today I received a pagage again and was charged 97.80. I called them. they told me I had to pay to have it shipped back. How is that fair I did not request this shippment I called them and told them I was allergice to it. Now in less I pay 20.00 to ship it back I'm out of over 100.00 dollars.
MY FACE WAS RED AND I HAD A RASH ON BOTH CHEEKS.

I ordered the first set of Sheer Cover, the introductory package. The next month they sent me the next shipment at $127.00. I didn't want the kit so I sent it back to the company. They have been harrassing me with letters and threatening phone calls ever since. They say the did not receive the package back. I have ordered from many companies, and never has this happened.
I sent this package back and this company has been very nasty and harrassing me saying I didn't. I did research on line and found that they are over 400 complaints about this company. Please help me with this fraudalant company. I feel they are running a scam.

I am trying to cancel from being a member. They are making it very difficult. The 800# I am calling is telling that my call can not be completed. My user name and password are not being accepted either. I am going to have to change my checking acct# because of this issue if I can't get through. I think their products are good but when you try to cancel you get a hard time. Please help or investigate. Thank you.

Sheer cover is the most corrupt business I have ever dealt with!!! I could not believe how they scandal and lie to you from the beginning. I ordered a 30 day supply of sheer cover makeup from an infommercial for 35.00 the b----- on the line upgraded me to a 90 day supply for just 10 dollars more. little did she tell me that she meant 10 more for every thirty days for ninety days equalling 119.00 in crappy makeup. I didnt realize this until my second charge on my credit card. So then, after I call and throw a fit. They tell me keep the makeup and we will give you a refund. YA RIGHT. I kept the makeup thinking my problems were over.
After about two weeks, I called becuase I hadn't received my refund yet and they told me the guy lied to me and I had to send the make up back including the "free gifts" included with my package and I would get a refund with in 8 weeks. I threw such a fit that I got my refund sooner because I spent 18$ rush shipping it back to them. I couldnt believe how she could scam someone like that. I will never buy products from Guther Renker again, including pro-activ or anything else they sponser

They continue to charge me for a product that was canceled in October and then they billed me $29.95 again for the same product that I did not receive in November.
