Sharon of Scotts Valley CA (7/23/01):
I purchased a new Revlon Eye Lash Curler. I have had it approx 4-5 weeks and have used it maybe 12 times. This morning when I was ready to go to work, I applied my make-up and before applying mascara, I gently curled my eyelashes. The curler litteraly cut my eyelashes 2/3rds off directly in the middle of my eye. I now have this big gap with very short eyelashes. I'm so angry because I do a lot of sales and I think my look is very important. Also, I am very concerned if they will grow back or not. When I was a teenager I plucked my eyebrows and they never returned.

I'm very upset with Revlon for making a product you can't trust. Where do I stand on a situation like this. I'm not one to complain but it's like someone was to take a chunk out of one's scalp, it would be very embarrasing! I have been curling my eyelashes for years but never with a Revlon. What if they don't grow back?
