Neutrogena

Christa of Tucson, AZ March 12, 2009

Christa of Tucson AZ (03/12/09)
I ordered Neutrogena Skin ID and the product actually made my acne worse. I called customer service to cancel the membership. I continued to rec'v shipments and told them I had cancelled the membership and asked to be able to return them. They told me it was not in their policy to allow me to return them because it was past the 30 day period. But I did not rec'v them until 30 days after the date on the invoice.

What a scam. I am out a total of 150.00 for these three shipments of Skin ID.

I purchased the above mentioned product for R71.00. A lot of money considering economic times. Immediatly after washing my face I experienced a buring sensation. I awoke the next morning and could barely open my eyes, they were so swollen. My skin feels burnt and rough, 12 hours later I am still burning. I will not recommend this product and will avoid any Neutrogena products in future

Janis of Seattle, WA January 20, 2009

Janis of Seattle WA (01/20/09)
I have a complaint about one of their products (Fresh Foaming Cleanser) and tried several times to contact them through their website. It does NOT work--a constant 500 internal error. I noticed other people on this site have had the same problem with Neutrogena's site. I feel that there should be some other way to contact them and/or a webmaster address since they clearly do not care about hearing from their customers.

I am out 9 for this terrible product with no way to contact the company.

Suzan of Kuwait, OTHER January 7, 2009

Suzan of Kuwait OTHER (01/07/09)
I always check the expiry dat of any product before I buy espcially if it was facial, and last time I went to buy the product (Oil-Free Acne Wash) that I always buy and this time I found all the bottles the date of expiry is Oct 2006 I can't beleive that they are selling products that already expired from 3 years and when I complained to the manager he said that he conact the company and its only a print mistake, and when I tried to mail Neutrogens site itself to make sure if that is true I couldn't as it always fail to connect.
