Robin of Avon, NY (9/6/01):
I can't seem to send an e-mail to them thru their "contact us' section. Everytime I try to send it, my system locks up and I have to reboot. I'm afraid I've been scamed in some way, but don't know what to do about it. How do I get this charge off my statement? And, who can I contact to find out if this is a real company of just a rip off? Help please Theresa of Jersey City, NJ, writes (6/12/01):
On this site, it indicates fast delivery, 2-7 days, if item is in stock and not back-ordered. So I gave the benefit of the doubt, that maybe something is on back order, but find it hard to believe that all five items are back ordered, and why charge my credit card already if not in stock. The company is required by law to notify custsomers if it cannot ship on time and to offer her a refund. Unhappy customer should notify their credit card company immediately and dispute the charge. |
