Copa - Refund Not Received |

I ordered Copa hair products in Feb or March of 1999. I received my order and tried the product. It did not do anything for my hair. I tried to call the company to cancel my future orders; it took approximately another month to reach them. The number I had was always busy. I opened the second order to get another phone number which was not an 800 number. I spoke to someone to cancel my future orders. I was told to send back the opened or unopened products to receive my refund. I sent both packages back certified with return receipt so I would have proof I returned the products. I have a stamped signature that reads M Santana this was on 9-24-99. I have yet to receive my refund. I continuously call the number I have only to get a busy signal no matter what time of day or night. Maureen of Yonkers, NY, writes:
