I ordered a free trial of the product, gave them my card detail for the shipping and 60.44 was taken from my bank account. I reported the case to my bank as fraud but they suggested I contact the dealer myself. To me the amount taken is a lot of money and I feel like an idiot being caught out by the scam!
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

They were doing a survey asking for people to use their product for free as long as you told them each month of the progress and sent photos of how the teeth whitening was coming on when I applied it. They said that they have had so many people that they could only take so many but offered this free trial pack for $99 so they tuck my credit card details and have since taken another $40 out of my account without my saying so. I have gotten in contact with my bank and they are going to help me as this is fraud. Is there anything you can do? Thank you.

I ordered a trial for 99 pound + postage. I received the product. Later on, 96 pound was taken out of my account without my authorization. I cannot get in touch with this company by email or phone. How are they still allowed to trade on the net? This is fraud. I'm not the only one that's been caught by this scam.

I have tried to contact this company to stop sending me their product. I have not had any luck. They deduct the price of their product from my checking account. I cannot reach them by phone or e-mail. This was a trial offer for .99. Now I am getting bills for $83.90. I want this to stop. I do not want their product. It does not work.

This is the only contact information I could find on the fraudulent site--support1@globalcustomersupport.net. They asked to call to cancel but no number is given. I sent an email stating, I wished to cancel all further shipments and not to charge my credit card again or action would be taken.

I ordered a free trial and my bank card was charged an additional $87.47 without my consent.

I signed up for an offered free sample and have subsequently received three orders at $84 since. My calls went unanswered and numerous attempts via internet have not been responded to. I am placing a block on billing, but am seriously upset with this scam. I work 70+ hours/week and have little time to deal with these clowns, but it seems I'm not the only one with this complaint. As such, I wonder why there has been no involvement by law enforcement because of the internet scam and for the fact that it crosses state lines and involves the USPS?

I did not order a subscription. Now, they have taken $83 from my credit card. Please assist with stopping this fraud. They do not answer the phone, there is no email address. I have written a letter but no response. Help. Money was charged to my account without my approval.

I ordered free trial and have received two packages with two same day charges for $79.95. I did not order this material. There is no recourse that I can find on their website to cancel and get an RMA number for return.

This company is a fraud. They do the bait and switch. .99ct is only to distract you from the real cost. When you try to cancel, they will not answer your call or give you wrong information. I called my credit card company and got the fraud dept. I copied 14 pages of the complaints and faxed it to them. I refuse to pay. I will do whatever it takes to get my charges reversed. Please don't just give up. That's what they are counting on.

I tried a free trial from CleanWhites and I knew that I had to pay the shipping. I was being hit with $79.95 a few times a day, so the free sample cost me almost $600.00. They must have shared my credit card with other companies. All I wanted was white teeth and all I got was a burned butt.

I saw the ad for two trials: CleanWhites and PremiumWhites. I read it pretty carefully, so I understood that there would be an automatic enrollment. They work together. From the ad, you could put in the password "smile" and not pay for shipping. Both sites had the same password. I ordered it on 11/19/2009. But I never received the trials. So the whole process was out of my mind until Christmas Eve when I found that my account was -$280 instead of over $750. They had charged me twice for each of the products totaling over $320. I never got the products.
They also charged me before the 30-day period was up, and because of that, they overdrew my account. I wasn't aware of any of this, because I only used my card for small purchases and every transaction was approved plus my paycheck was due to be deposited on 12/18. What I didn't know was that every purchase I made had a $35 OD fee slapped on. When my check was deposited, I was in the black but had over $900 less than I thought.

I did not sign up to receive a small vial of hydrogen peroxide in the form of tooth whitener for $79.95 a month. I only wanted the free trial. Unfortunately, I did not read all the material sent with the free trial and now, I am being charged on my credit card almost $80 a month for nothing. It's worse than ridiculous. I want to send to box back but they won't take it and won't refund. I am an elderly widow and cannot afford an $80 a month scam when all I wanted was the free trial. Stop these people.

I want to return the supply that was sent to me of Cleanwhites. I was told I signed up for a subscription which I know nothing about. It had to be in small print and Maggie only repeated herself telling me this is a non refundable suscription. She finally was willing to return 1/2 of the charge but I want all the money credited to my account. This is truly a scam. I am being charged on my credit card for $83.90 and I don't know what more will be charged.

I ordered online a $.99 trial of their tooth whitening product. Apparently, this fell under a 14 day trial period in which if I did not cancel my "subscription", I would be charged $79.95 and then sent additional products. Upon receiving my credit card statement, I immediately called CleanWhites to cancel my "subscription" in which I did not authorize. They told me that they would cancel it but I would still be charged their fee. I also put in a dispute with Mastercard to reverse their charges.
I called back a second time and asked to speak to a supervisor. A woman named Miranda took my call, would not authorize any returns by me, and stated that I would not get a credit from them due to the fact that I have a dispute against them. I recently looked this company up on the internet and there are numerous websites with postings of their scam and dissatified consumers. At this point in time, all I want to do is return their procudt which is still unopened and unused for a full refund. Do I have any recourse? I would appreciate any assistance that you may offer in this very unsettling matter.

I called the company and they claim they never received the free sample back and I was charged the $79.95 because I did not return the free sample. I feel I was ripped off and would encourage anyone considering this type of transaction not to do so. These people are unethical and I feel they are disceptive and fraudulant. I was charged $79.95 for products received and returned in a timely manner. I have nothing but a $79.95 charge to show for this unethical transaction.

I signed up for a free trial where you only paid for shipping (like thousands fo others) and they then charged me over $75.00 the following month stating I subscribed to an offer I did not.

Their ad said nothing about any subcription each month also. They are
operating a scam business..

I was going online and saw a woman advertising how she used two teeth whiteners to get her teeth white. There where two products. One was Clean white and the other was Pumagranite Health. The ad said that you could get them both for only the shipping costs. This was .99 for one and 1.99 for the other. I then saw my account billed for 79.95 from clean white, and 92.37 from Pumagranite Health. I called my bank and cancelled the credit card and put in a complaint about the charges. They are investigating the charges, but I want to know what else can be done to get my money back. My bank says that if they find that it was fraudulent the money will be returned but I'd like to make sure that I get it back. Thanks

Free trial of this product turned into $250 in unauthorized charges on my bank card. Advice to other victims of this internet scam:
1. Go to your bank and have them call CleanWhites @LucentWhite2. Get the name of the person answering for Cleanwhites/LucentWhite
3. Threaten to file a complaint with Florida State Attorney General.
4. Demand the account be canceled.
5. Demand a full refund.
6. Demand a due date for the refund credit to your card.
7. Block Cleanwhites/LucentWhite from further charges to your bank card.
8. And/or: cancel your bank card / open another account.

I also fell for their 14 day trial scam. I checked my credit card bill and saw the charges. Everyone is right; nowhere on the website does the information indicate that you are signing up for a monthly service. Lucent Whites canceled and took my request for a refund. Clean whites told me I could only get a partial refund since my "trial period" was over (I hadn't even opened the box) and I asked them to cancel all charges. The other deception is that they use TV programs on their website ("as seen on ...") to make this appear legitimate and it is not.

Deceptive Advertising. Both companies offer "FREE" samples for a small shipping charge, but nowhere on their ordering page do they say they have the right to bill the credit card monthly for $79 & $88.18 respectively. It most likely is buried in fine print somewhere on one of their pages, but they are not up front with that very important piece of information when placing the order. Also, another company called Health Wellness Portal does the same thing for $13.99. What's interesting here is that this company and Lucent Whites have the same person sending out e-mails when I tried to cancel charges.

Did not orderor authorize a shipmenbt of tghis produce, paid only for the shipping charge on free trial. I will contact credit card company to dispute this charge and will not pay it.

I ordered the 14 day trial for the product only. I never authorized the company to ship me any further order of the product, but receive additional orders. i contacted the customer service and explained the problem. they (customer service) told me that i would still be charge for the product that was mailed to me. It was totatally unauthorized for the company to do this..

On 11/26/2009, I purchased a free trial offer for 2 teeth whiteners online from a company called Cleanwhites. The products were free but I had to pay the shipping fees. I paid the applicable fees with my debit card. On 12/10/2009, I recieved the trial offer. On 12/11/2009, I discovered, online, a lot of complaints about this company. It seems they were placing unauthorized charges on the credit cards of those individuals who had ordered the "free, introductory offer."
I immediately called them and instructed them not to charge me for any future products, offers, etc. I was only interested in the trial offer. I was emailed instructions on how and where to return the "introductory offer." 12/12/2009 Cleanwhites charged my checking account $78.95. I have not recieved any products, other than the "free introductory offer" from them. So, I do not understand what this fee was for nor, did I authorize it.
I contacted customer service to discuss the charge and the rep denied everything. He stated that Cleanwhites did not charge my account and furthermore, I had the wrong company. I do not have a job right now and this money was allocated to bills.

so what do you do to make sure it is cancel. you call them them up, thats what you do to ask if it had been cxl, they tell you over and over again go and cxl on our website when you did like 10 times the same day. So you are sure you did cause thats what they tell you to do then you call back and tell them you did it about ten times is it cxl. yea sure its cxl. then you get a charge for $79.95 on your CC...for what a sample! This company is Fraud and I will really much like my $79.95 back. They charged my acct without my consent!

Never authorized the company to charge my card for anything more than a sample and when I opened the sample found that they were signing me up for a "trial" payment that I had never authorized. I called Cleanwhites upon receipt of this information but no one on their end picked up. Finally got through on December 7th and spoke with Tin -- when I asked to speak to her supervisor I was put on hold for 30 minutes after which I hung up. This is a scam--it's fraudulent--and this company should not be permitted to stay in business.

I saw on-line that you could order a sample for $3.95 to use in conjunction with another product, so I ordered it. I went out of town for 10 days over the Thanksgiving holidayand just opened the CleanWhites envelope late last week. I didn't read the paperwork and haven't even opened the plastic bag containing the products in it. I learned today that CleanWhites was taking $79.95 out of my account through my Visa debit card when I pulled my bank account up on my computer.
I immediately called the bank to dispute the charge and went home on my lunch hour and retrieved the paper work from Clean Whites. That is when I saw that I was going to be charged $79.95 (+ $5.95 for S&H) each month. There was no mention of automatically receiving another monthly supply in any of the advertisements I've seen on-line. In fact, I have not received the monthly shipment and I'm still being charged the $79.95. I do not want this product. If I had known I was going to be charged $85.90 for a product to whiten my teeth, I NEVER WOULD HAVE ORDERED THE SAMPLE. I believe this is misleading advertisement.

Same experience as others described...I ordered the free trial, which did not arrive until very close to the 14-day trial end period. By the time I even opened up the mailing package the trial period had ended. I had NO idea that this would turn into anything more than the 99 cents I paid for shipping of the "trial" product. I called them after seeing the charge on my bank statement and they said NO REFUNDS, no exceptions. This is a complete scam.

Tried 2 free trials, never agreed to long term commitment. Tried to cancel both, never happened. Now told to return unused portion - they both got tossed since the products were really terrible. Cannot get charges removed from my credit card account - $79.96 for one, $87.62 for the other. Charges being made for something I do NOT want!

Sent for free trial which I received and never got around to using. Then got charged 79.95 twice for something I did not receive. Over drew my checking account because I wasn't aware of the charges.

This is a pure scam. I first heard about it as an ad' on my desktop at "The Weather Chanel Desktop". I'm a disabled Vietnam Vet' living on a fixed income. Losing $239.85 is no small amount to me. I don't just want that money back- I NEED that money back.

This is the most shady business I have experienced. I attempted to do the trial offer believing it to be just that and before I even received the product the trial period was expired and they considered this a contract for future shipments of ridiculous items for extreme expense. They offer no refund or return options. $200 in the hole and over my acount balence causing a $90 in fees.

I sent for 14 day FREE trial offer and as I read the information sent with the supplies I found Cleanwhites was going to send me more of their product each month at a fee of $79.95 plus $5.95 for shipping and handling. All this is to be done automatically without my concent. It gave a web sight and said to click on Custoner Service to adjust my shipment. There was no Custioner Service button on the bottom of the page. I will not pay for such a delivery. I will just let the products stack up. THIS IS NOTHING BUT A FRAUD!

ordered sample trial, used it and was told by dentist it would not work on caps (which I have) so i contact and cancelled any future shippments. I received another order went to web site again and cancelled again. called number and was told sorry i would have to pay for it they would not refund my money or allow me to return order for credit. all they will say is sorry after some time on phone all he would do it refund 30.00 of the 83.90 charge and that i am stuck with a product i can not use and will not work on my caps.

Ordered a sample of clean white and now have been billed $581 for unordered merchandise sent to me without authorization. I can not use because of gold crowns. Also they say I can not ship back. All packages except the samples have not been opened and are in tack. I will be glad to ship all back but sample packages of a full refund!!

I explained that I was not informed of any enrollment but was told that my membership would be cancelled. The product does not even work! My family has limited income as my husband is disabled and we are on a strict budget. My checking account was debited twice without my permission which resulted in overdraft charges.

Bank of America said they handle thousands of these cases and there is nothing I can do. Canceling the card doesn't even help because they say that by purchasing the original products, it the gives them ability to "pack" on anything they want even though the card is canceled or replaced. This is the biggest most expensive scam I can imagine because I see no end to it. Financial hardship. I am a senior citizen with a very limited income and I see no end to the charges and different products they will bill me for.

I stupidly ordered the trial of Cleanwhites and Dazzlesmile. I did not see any reference to a "membership" or automatic delivery for Dazzlesmile. I did see the automatic delivery for Cleanwhites and cancelled on 10/10/09 by leaving a voice message on their service line and then called a second time on 10/12/09 requesting written confirmation of the cancellation and was assured by the "customer care rep" via e-mail that they received my cancellation, did not have to return anything and nothing would be charged to me except the $.99 trial charge. My credit card shows a charge of $79.95 with a transaction date of 10/12/09. This is BOGUS! Also, I have two additional charges of $87.62 each with transaction dates of 10/19 and 10/26 for which I have absolutely no idea what they are for. When I tried calling the two phone numbers on the credit card statement (8666764122 and 8669485508)I am told they are no longer working or have been disconnected. Why can't the states attorney general close this racket down?

They use multiple names-phone #. Just give you the run around. You can't get refunds, there are hundreds of dollars on my credit card I didn't ask for. You can't get them to cancel what they call your enrollment.

Shipping product that I didn't ask for and charging my credit card for hundreds of dollars. They tell you in the paper with your shipment they will not let you return for refund. I don't even know how they got my credit card #.

Purchased product on a trial basis and was not made aware this was a automated shipment by purchasing trial. How do I know I like if I haven't used before. This company should not be able to due this I didn't cancel until I say charges on my credit card didn't know this was part of trial purchase. Very misleading company. Also says 100% money back guarantee and that is also false

Clean Whites: WARNING WARNING WARNING! Just as many of the posts I've read, I am a victim of this scam and after I received a call from the fraud division of my cc asking if I authorized the ridiculous charge (over $70) and I said 'no', I had to start the process of calling the lovely 866 # and getting two clowns on the line for their COMPLETELY fals advertising...the minimal fee, and code for shipping for a FREE trial of their product. Every person you get on their not-so-customer service line gives you the same bs scripted response, "I'm sorry mam, but you were advised of the cost when you agreed....blah blah blah" Uh, No. It's a scam and I'm out of nearly $80. What a crock of total shyt!!! I'm so upset right now, I could lift my car up and putt all new tires on it. I just want to hit something. But instead, I'll put a hex on all the losers of the world that scam innocent people out of hard-earned money. Then I'm going to slap myself for being so damn gullible! Grrrrrrrrrr! It will NNNNNNNEVER happen again. Buyers, beware!

I called and ordered Cleanwhites, for .99 cents for a trial offer, and the offer being good for 14 days. I received it, never used it, and called them on the 14th day to cancel the order and return the product. They said I only had 13 days and I was one day late and charged 79.00 to my c/c. I argued with the woman who I spoke to, told her I called within the 14th day,I ordered it on October 14th and cancelled on October 28th and she said sorry it's to late. I am feeling very violated by this company, got charged for something I didn't want and infact returned to them, so I am going to find out how to take them to small claims court and sue them for damages, this has to be illegal, it just has to be. This company needs to be taken to court for theft by deception, and made to pay for damages they caused. I don't care if they are located in Florida, I will make sure they are accountable for all the money they took from me.

I ordered this trial offer on Tues Nov. 3/09 and it said nothing about paying $6.99 return postage if I canceled the offer. I was supposed to get 14 days trial, I received the product Sat. Nov. 7th, 2009 and it said time is up on 11/16/09 and I will be charged $79.95+ $5.95 for S&H. It just keeps getting better. Another rip off company. You can't even get the charges stopped.

Great product, great people!! I don't know what all this fuss is about! i love the prodcut, and their customer service was exceptional.

When i saw this ad for a product that could whiten my teeth as quickly as they claimed i thought "hey why not try it out". The product arrived a little later than expected but all i had to do was call their customer service number and they quickly offered to extend my trial! I was able to try out the product for almost 3 weeks... although i am very pleased with it unfortunately i cannot affors it at the time, although they even offered me a discounted "holiday" rate. I also had the option to cancel any more shipments. I actually kept the first montsh supply at the regular rate and hope to one day be able to re-activate my account.

I ordered a trial size product of cleanwhites for $3.97 online ON 9/25, never rec'd the product. I rec'd 11/3 in mail package containing some product and called to say i didn't order it. company told me that i didn't cancel my account after i ordered trial size (which again i never rec'd and never opened account) and the product was not returnable and the money they charged (4 charges of $87 each on my credit card) were not refundable. I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop the charges. This is a total scam, if you google the name Cleanwhites all you get is site after site about fraud and scam. i honestly cannot believe someone has not done something to stop this total scam.

On October 27th, 2009...while browsing some supposedly creditable web sites.(CNN, for one )..I was interested in the " home mom " that discovered the remedy for teeth whitening and a FREE 14 day trial , you just paid for shipping (with a code that made the shipping only 99 cents - this is the total cost they professed to be for thier FREE trial)...I rec'd this FREE trial on Nov. 3rd, 2009 ...lo and behold looked inside to find out that now I was committed to a monthly "Delivery Rewards Program" for just $79.95 + ($5.95)for S/H. automatic charges would be made on my credit card each month for these charges...
I called thier number for customer services ..which was a number no longer in service...I tried to get the web site they gave you to use customer services..only, if you wanted to cancel within 14 days of the order date ( not 14 days free trial anything )...the site would only pull up site not available - try later! I finally, after reading 3 pages of lies any false advertisement, found another number and i couldn't believe my ears when "tina" answered when i told her how upset and disappointed in the false offer and wanted to "cancel" my delivery rewards program...she became sharp tounged and very abrupt with me...
i did finally get a cancellation # but it was going to cost me $6.99 on my card and the FREE trial had to be returned in same box with only the label that she was emailing me for $6.99 or the program would be charged to my card ( NEVER buy anything with a credit card ... get a mailing address so that you can send a money order for it...if the offer won't let you do this...DON"T get it! ) SO, this FREE trial has cost me .99 cents plus $6.99 return label...a total of $7.98...and this was a supposedly creditable sponsored site...
Is there a way to get my $6.99 return label charge back for a NOT Free trial offer back? plus, Cleanwhites, needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau...asap Thought - the "home mom" must have been paid by Cleanwhites a bundle to sucker in so many innocent consumers, such as myself!

I therefore, called the customer service at Premium white and inquired about it. The recommendation of the 14 day trial (for $1.95 S&H) will cost me $48 immediately after the 14 day trial, unless I return the product untouched immediately with a tracking number for Premium White before the 14 day trial date is up! I am furious, again, at myself, for being so gullible to news presented by presumably reputable sites, and disappointed with the inaccurate reporting. I will attempt to contact clean whites now, anticipating the same scam!

I'n my last note i didn't mention their phone num..866-878-1512. Maybe if everyone that's ****** *** called and raised he'll they'll get the hint. i just received an email from them saying the canceled my account. i still canceled my debit card, they might try to charge me for the free package the offered

I ordered cleanse white and 14 days later i noticed a 79.95 charge on my back account. when i called the told me that it says in there agreement this would be the charge for their product. but it wasn't mentioned in the agreement. i know this because if i don't notice words i definately notice numbers..they of course didnt give me my money back but i canceled my debit card and oh...he's sending me a "free" cleans white...how generous.

It caused irritation to my mouth and was unable to continue use. The credit card charge caused my mortgage payment to bounce. I know this was a stupid thing to do - but now I'm concerned with how to stop these charges.

On October 16 I ordered 14 day FREE TRIAL it came last week, today, Oct 29, I got another package, this one said Advanced White, which I didn't order. Now they want to bill me 79.00 for monthly product. I don't want monthly product. I didn't want Advanced White. I'm trying to cancel. Getting the run a round. My credit could be ruined. What's my recourse. These people shouldn't get away with this scam

Erica lied to me on the phone after I explained I returned the product and would like to have my refund. They billed me twice for the product, they said both products had to be shipped back with in 10 days I only recieved one product but was encouraged to wait for the second product and ship them both back but that she was canceling me for both..I waited 7 days then shipped back the only product I got, she said they didnt get the product back in time and billed me $160($79.95 x 2) plus the shipping label I had to buy for another $8 ($7 something maybe $7.95)
They have their product back and I am out the $$
fraud

There is also a countdown timer on the offer page that is no doubt fro the purpose of distracting you from looking for "hidden" terms. Cancellation is cumbersome and requires you to pay additions S&H that is not mentioned in the terms. I keep a bank card with a very monitored balance and no overdraft consequences, so they won't get any money. It just aggrtivates the daylights out of me.

I had 4 calls to continue getting cleanwhites product and i told them all i only wanted the trial offer not the membership so opt me out for the last time How do I know I like the product to keep recieving it ? If I decide to join the membership program than I will let you know thank you ruth Chambers and by all means do not go into my acct and draft any monies other than this authorized payment of this free trial if I like I will call back and get membership

I ordered the clean whites and it screwed up my address instead of Illinois it automatically chose Alabama. So I called them and corrected it and didnt receive the order for over 2 weeks and realized I was enrolled in a "Delivery Rewards Program". I immediately contacted clean whites and was assured that I was not enrolled I returned their product with a USPS printable tracking label. then I receive a letter from my bank and clean whites not only removed one payment they took two payments. I have overdraft fees and etc. I feel fortunate that this is all they got. FOR GODS SAKE IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU CALL YOUR BANK AND SHUT DOWN YOUR ACCOUNT FOR FRAUD. My bank was very helpful. I contacted the state of florida's attorney general with all the information from this site regarding clean whites and I hope someone will hammer these bastards. I have copies of all my correspondence with these people along with shipping labels and names etc. I may be wasting my time but oh well. The worse part of this is listening to my husband b**ch about being suckered and how I just lost my card.

I ordered a free sample under ad called Dazzle Smile in USA Today. I received a order shipment in addition to the sample while on vacation. They say I will be billed for one month of producur and to return the product which I will do. I will have to pay shipping, insure return merchandisw (small unopened tube of whitner) and they will later refund the amount they will charge my account on 10/16/2009. In addition I looked up the terms and conditions and it says they will automatically enroll mr in a celebrity Insider secrets @ 3.24 per month and a Weight loss ebook subscription for $7.14 per month. I called and cancelled the insider secrets and tried to the weight loss ebook as well. Also they say I might be selected to AxisWellnessPortal for a 14 day trial period ant then billed 9.99 per month. I called the 1(888)822-4806 listed and was told this is a different company call Dentatech and Clean whites has listed their customer service number in error.

I ordered online for this offer, and never knew that it is a trial and that there is a membership. Didn't even open the product because I am always on travel. By chance, I looked at my credit card on line and lo and behold, they charged me twice on 9/18/09 for $79.95 + foreign transaction fee of $2.39 and on 10/1/09 for $83.90 and foreign transaction fee of $2.51. And I have not even received these two products that they charged!
The first person I spoke said that there is no refund when I asked if I could return the product when received. The second person said that the second order can be returned (also when I receive them). They cancelled my order. I also asked why there is a foreign transaction fee if they are just shipped in Miami, they said that it's my card who charged that. I have to deal with my credit card as well on this. This is a nightmare.

Payed shipping to use their clean whites product as a sample. only $.99 for shipping. Then on 9/28/09 saw a charge from the company of 79.95. Called the company to verify this charge and they explained that it was a trial that had expired on the 9/27/09. The charge is non-refundable and I the representative refused to refund the unauthorized charged due to their terms. Never new I was in a expiring trail and membership to where I have to cancel. They need to send email notifications to notify that there wil be an automatic charge to your account after trail has not been canceled. Als need to have a return/refund policy for the product.
Asked to speak with a manager/supervisor but the reprsentative said that there wasn't one there to speak to but she would have a manager/supervisor contact me in 48 hrs. Never recieved a call from the manager/supervisor. The way the representative has handled things makes it seem like a total scam.

no one will speak & master card said they had already secured withdrawing the $$$$. they wont refund 100$
80.00$ 5.95$ .99 for order dazzle 30 day tria. some combo deal according to debit card rep. she would only give me the #ph

Upon seeing this charge, i called the company only to stay on hold with them for about 30 min only to get no response. I have been unable to get anyone on the phone to cancel my order and never authorized any 49.95 charge. This is the biggest scam i have ever come across.

I ordered a 14day risk-free trial of a teeth whitening system for .99.I was never told I wd be automatically be scheduled to rcv a monthly shipment in their "membership" for $79.95+$5.95s/h!!This is a scam & they do not answer the phone 866-9825126.nor can I cancel on their website: www.cleanwhites.com

There was a adversisement on internet to order this product for free for 14 days. It would only cost .99 cents. I paid for the product and with in 5 minutes received a phone call advising me that they would mail out the product but if I did not contact them to cancel at the 14 day timeframe they would charge my credit card for some figure around 79.00. No where in their advertisement did they say there was a cancellation clause and at no time did I agree to allow them to charge my credit card for anything but the .99. I received the product 4 days prior to the 14-day which did not allow me to even try the product even if I had wanted to use it. When I opened the return policy information I am told that I need to call them for a UPS shipping label (they will mail) it and this must be done by the 14th day. There is no way that they have allowed me enough time to even do this.

I signed up for a 14 day free trial for their teeth Whitening product. for just shipping and handling and if I did not like the product I needed to cancel before the 14 day trial was up or be charged 79.95 for the first one month shipment. Before one confirmed their order another product pops up to offer their special I believe this Product is pristinehlh I am not sure what it was but I declined.I then received a phone call from this Pristinehlth on 8-15-09 and they asked me if I was the owner of the Credit card and recited the last four digits of my card I asked who gave them my number and they declined to answer and just requested if I wanted their Product or not. I said No and they hung up.
August 28th I received the product and when I opened it the instruction inside stated that my order was processed on August 14th and my trial was up August 30th. I tried calling the customer service only getting a recording and then read further and the instruction stated the fastest way to cancel the product was through the web site and just follow the instructions so I did. I actually went through it twice because there was no confirmation just a cancellation nothing I could print. The only way to go on the web site from there on is to fill everything out over again and then you have to purchase more.
On September third I found I had been charged for 79.95 by Cleanwhites I called customer Service which took all day to get through and when I asked her why I was charged her reply was if I canceled through their web site I had no proof and that because my purchase date was the 14th and did not matter when I received the product I needed to pay for it. I have not received anything other than the 14 day free trial product they never shipped anything else.
Since then on September 8 I found a charge of 79.28 from pristinehlth on my credit card the company that was on their web site charged my credit card for something I do not even no what it is and cleanwhites had to have given them my card number I thought that was fraud? I have canceled my credit card to stop this Fraud and I hope you or someone canhelp from someone else getting taken.
The only phone number for this company my bank could find is 866-. I have been calling it and there is no answer and the only way to look up on line I would have to go to www.cleanwhites.com and you have to sign up all over again. I have sent many E-mails to Cleanwhites customer service so far no answers. Scamed for 79.28 and 79.95 and alot of time lost. Thanks for listening!
