Rebate advice from Tiger Direct

Joseph of Corpus Christi TX (8/16/04):
I ordered a computer case from Tiger (D15-1015 Diablo ATX w/450W power supply) and it came damaged to my door. So I returned it (they did email an airbill), and they sent me one within a couple of weeks. When I received my other one (08/16/04), it too was damaged, in fact worse than the last one. I tried asking the rep for a different shipping carrier, or perhaps shipping insurance or something so my package wouldn't get damaged the THIRD time i receive it. or maybe they could use a bigger box and put actual packing material in the box instead of the stupid styrofoam covers. This is the worst situation I have ever been in. And to think I used to talk so highly of Tiger to my friends.

The case has several huge dents on one side of it, makes you wonder, what if the fans, lights, or power supply are damaged as well? All I'm asking is for a more secure delivery. talk to the UPS people. This case is aluminum. It doesn't take a master's degree in mathematics to figure that out.

Doug of Brooklyn NY (7/21/04):
I purchased a very expensive projector from this company. When I received it, it didn't work. It turns out that it was missing its lamp (a very expensive item)! TigerDirect sent me merchandise that had been tampered with, then refused to take the item back! I paid for what appears to be used merchandise! It was missing a very expensive component.
