Alexander of Saco ME (03/28/07) It is advertised as a registry cleaner, disk cleaner and package for adblocker, when it is in fact ADWARE, SPYWARE, MALWARE and releases Trojan horses into the system's registry. The software package was sold to me by credit card for $59.95; no receipt was given or emailed. Apparently it is VERY hard to remove. On a Google search, entering the words: System Doctor 2006, there was not one single site that supported the software. Even their own website: systemdoctor.com has a special note from Google below the title that says, “This site may harm your computer.” I contacted the company by using the 800 number next to the transaction on my credit card statement. The first rep (Kristi) argued with me about whether the software was fraudulent or not. I asked to speak with her supervisor, and was transferred to a voicemail to leave my name and number and the supervisor would get back to me...Needless to say this never happened. So, I called back and got Agent #4616 who said he would email me a form to fill out for a refund. The form never arrived. After installing the program, my system virtually stopped! Unfortunately all of my registry information is now gone. Report Your Experience
