I recieved 6 different ACH transactions on my bank account, which added up to about 500.00 dollars the 800 number which the bank gave me was in fact an invalid number I have never even heard of microsoft ad center I also have several charges on the same account from vital berry, nature cleanse, and capstar diet I'am on a very limited fixed income I do not splurge on anything I can only imagine why we have such problems in this world!

Laura of Brooklyn, NY June 23, 2009

Service pack "important" update. Could not install after 5 hours. Typical of Microsoft. When you try to reach them, you can't. This is not the first time I've had a problem with microsoft and have been unable to contact a human or get resolution. Awful.

Microsoft has installed an anti virus program that has disabled internet explorer. I can't remove it, and they want 49.99 to remove it form my computer. I think it is ludicrous that they can force you to pruchase their projects or block your internet. I am accessing through mozilla, but even now, I am getting pop up after pop up.

I can't access internet properly unless I pay them! They get away with it because they are the only game in town. Totally not fair

Lee of Atascadero, CA November 26, 2008

I designed my website in mid Sept using Microsoft's Office Live Small Business Free, and received Admanager with 100.00 free for ad campaigns (50.00 MSN & 50.00 Live search). I had early problems and complained and was told to delete my exsisting account and create a new one and that I would receive a month credit for it. I created a new one on the 23rd of Sept.

On Oct. 10th I was charged 21.00 and 21.00. I told support about the issue and they sent me an email stating that the admanager was not working in Sept. and that ads had not been displayed in Aug. & Sept.,and that I was credited and normal billing would resume in Nov. Also that I had 100.00 credit that I could still use if I had not used it yet. Nov. 4th, 5th, 7th, and 10th they took my bank account to the negative.

I complained and they said that billing was not working in Oct.and that's why you were charged in Nov.. I said what about Oct. 10th?, well he said you have been justly charged. I told them it said normal billing will resume in Nov., is this normal billing? (as it states that when you reach 20.00 you will be charged) (I also had a limit of 100.00 a month) They took 141.00 in 30 days. They had no records of the email that I had received, crediting my account and told me I was justly charged and they are not going to give me free clicks.

They told me they were sending an email and wanted me to forward the email and answer some questions. I also asked for a print out of all my records I received no email so again I complained and told them that they were destroying my business and I needed them to respond, again they said they wanted to see that email. I told them at this time that I attached it to an email and they said that they can't receive attachments and they wanted me to wait for an email and forward it. I was livid with my treatment and told them that I don't work for them and they should dig in their own records from here on out. I wanted results for my problem now!

They said they had an expert reveiw it and typed me my list of charges.( the list was over charging my limit, so couldn't be accurate) After argueing my issue for ten days and sending them THEIR records, they finally put all my money back in my account, and told me they were sorry! During all this they were going into my account and adjusting my clicks (I have print outs of daily changes being made on my account and it was all on pause) I had a red bank account so I had to shut everything down supporting my business due to no money in my account and I didn't need to go further into the red with my bank.

I have a lot more about this issue and them not knowing what they are talking about as far as my account and records. I have kept all emails with their support and have printed out all that applies with this issue to support my statement concerning my account, as I only talked on the phone twice with them cause they were rude, so I kept conversation to emails so I had records of it.

All this happened right in the middle of my Grand Opening of my business and website, The launching of my new clothing line, All my promotions and my Press release. I had immediate overdraft charges and was sent a letter stating, I was being reported to credit agencies and collections if I did not settle it immediatly, I had to cancel my Microsoft Store manager (It took me 2 days to detail each product in my store, all lost and now nothing can be purchased in my store), all adcampaigns with my website. I just spent everything I had on my new business and now I feel I am losing it all, not to mention all the time I have spent sending Microsoft AdManager THEIR records of MY account My businesses down time, my lost time, and product to sell with know where to sell it. This is catostrophic to me, and I need help.
