Paul of Studio City CA (06-14-04): Two months after ordering a $4,000 television from Gateway, it was finally delivered. Unfortunately, it was broken. I've spoken to at least five different customer service reps (none of whom are very helpful). It's been about another 2 months since my first call and i still have a boxed up broken tv in my living room.

I'm beyond frustrated with this process! I've been told at least five different times that someone will contact me within 72 hours and no one ever has. Every time I call again, it seems that we need to start the process over again. I feel more than taken advantage of by this company and am at my wit's end.
