Ameera of Vantaa, Finland February 11, 2010 I bought this software as the claim it can be used to backup game original Cd in case of scratches, but never worked, I asked for the refund as theer website says, but always says its on the next pay cycle which is scam, never paid and never replied, no known address in there website, as so angry at them as they are scammers Sharon of New Bern, NC January 27, 2010 I went to gamecopywizard.com to purchase what I assumed was software to back up console games. After the purchase, I was redirected to a page with instructions on how to copy the discs. There was no software, but instructions to open up the game or computer and do work to the DVD drive. That is not what I wanted, so I immediately requested a refund the next day. I received an email that stated, "We have received you refund request. We are sorry to see you leave and requesting a refund. You will be refunded automatically in the next pay cycle". I canceled on 11/21/09, and also received the email on that day. Some time went by and I received no refund so I decided to contact them again asking when should I receive the refund. Here is what the email stated: "Sales team must have missed processing your request in our pay cycle Which happens 20th of every month. We will look into this and get it done and thanks for informing us and sorry for the inconvenience." That email was on 12/27/09 A whole month had went by, and no refund. To this day, I have not received a refund. The website is very misleading. It makes you think you are going to purchase a software, but you're not. On the website there is a 'Download' button which leads you to believe you will download a software. Instead, when clicked, you are directed to an order form. I am out of 29.99 Report Your Experience
