I am new to computers. We have had a few bumps in the road. I find Dell has been very fair, good listener, good products. The ladies from India have been wonderful -- intelligent, extremely polite and I wish I could meet them.

I as a novice with computers rate them #1 and I wouldn't consider dealing with any other company. No one asked me to write this letter.
