I bought applications on the i-Tunes store. The apps were Super Monkey Ball(9) Monopoly(7)and Super Monkey Ball Light(Free) After about 2 weeks, the apps would crash everytime I would try and use them. I emailed the itunes store asking for help. But nothing worked. So, I made a new account and purchased the same apps(for the same price). They still didn't work. So, I did some research only to find out that i was not the only one with this problem. I emailed itunes again requesting a new iPod Touch because I wasn't going to pay any more to have this fixed.I got a responce saying that they could no longer help me and that I would have to pay to take my iPod to the Apple store to get it fixed. I shouldn't have to pay for anything extra. I sent another email wanting to know why they wouldnt bring up my request for a new ipod. I am waiting for a responce. I feel it is pointless to get my money back, only because I would be rebuying apps that don't work

I have lost about 32 because the apps will not work.

Apple i tunes does not have telephone support, they only have an on line chat support. I authorized a 10.00 credit card purchase for my grandchild on the apple i tune site. I deleted the card infomation (so I thought) the card infomation stayed on the site. My under aged grandchild went ahead and purchased more i tunes. I asked i tunes if I could return the merchandise, the told me no, and that i should contact my bank.

My bank told me the only way I could get a refund was to press charges. I am not about to press charges against my underage grandchildren. I am computer savy, there site is not very user friendly. It took me almost an hour to find the correct way to delete my information. I have noticed many complaints of this extent. I hope you are able to help me resolve this problem

The credit card charges amounted to 61.92.

I attempted 2 purchase My Way by Frank Sinatra twice. My daughter also purchased 4 Britney Spears songs on 2/5/09. All 6 songs errored in downloading and I requested a refund from Itunes for the 6 songs. This error has been given to me for the past 6 months plus off and on and Itunes has not resolved their issues. I assisted them the original time with the errors spending 2 hours plus trying to trouble shoot with them and then gave up. I will not do their work for them.

They didn't provide me with the product/service paid for. They finally refunded 1 of the My Way purchases. They still owe me for 5 purchases of songs that were not provided. Here is the response I got and I'm not willing to remove my companies software. I am a Verizon employee and it worked fine until Itunes made changes to their software. This is an itunes issue that needs resolved internally not to tell me to remove other software that I use that competes with them....

Itunes has commited fraud. They are taking money for a purchase then refuse to refund when the product is not provided. They owe me for 5 songs at 99 cents per song (4.95). I believe they are also in violation to slander Verizon which I have already passed on to Verizon Legal for review.

I paid for 400+ songs on line. My computer failed so I got it fixed and tried to refresh my songs but only got 18 out of 400+. I posted complaint on line with Apple and was told I could not get a refund for one song WHEN THAT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED. I provided proof - emailed receipts from Apple. They stole over 400 from me and won't respond

I want my songs
