My itunes library crashed and I lost all of my downloads from itunes. When I checked my itunes download/purchase history, all but one of my purchases was missing from itunes records. I have credit card statements with what I purchased and when but itunes does not have this information. According to itunes support, I did not make the purchases according to itunes records and they will not reimburse me or allow me to download the missing albums.

I am missing four albums downloaded of itunes for an approximate cost of 55. I lost several hours of my life dealing with the support staff at itunes who can not generate an independent thought in the entire department. I'm now so frustrated and disgusted that I am considering tossing out my iphone and purchasing a blackberry.

was charged 900 on 2 credit cards. Which I cancelled. Itunes emails, yes, but they do not 1) tell u the name of the tunes 2) tell u the name of the purchases 3) they tell u to give them the purchase number which does not exist on your credit card papers.

I would be out 900 if my CC card companies made me pay. I have no idea if these charges will continue monthly or not.

I bought applications on the i-Tunes store. The apps were Super Monkey Ball(9) Monopoly(7)and Super Monkey Ball Light(Free) After about 2 weeks, the apps would crash everytime I would try and use them. I emailed the itunes store asking for help. But nothing worked. So, I made a new account and purchased the same apps(for the same price). They still didn't work. So, I did some research only to find out that i was not the only one with this problem. I emailed itunes again requesting a new iPod Touch because I wasn't going to pay any more to have this fixed.I got a responce saying that they could no longer help me and that I would have to pay to take my iPod to the Apple store to get it fixed. I shouldn't have to pay for anything extra. I sent another email wanting to know why they wouldnt bring up my request for a new ipod. I am waiting for a responce. I feel it is pointless to get my money back, only because I would be rebuying apps that don't work

I have lost about 32 because the apps will not work.

Apple i tunes does not have telephone support, they only have an on line chat support. I authorized a 10.00 credit card purchase for my grandchild on the apple i tune site. I deleted the card infomation (so I thought) the card infomation stayed on the site. My under aged grandchild went ahead and purchased more i tunes. I asked i tunes if I could return the merchandise, the told me no, and that i should contact my bank.

My bank told me the only way I could get a refund was to press charges. I am not about to press charges against my underage grandchildren. I am computer savy, there site is not very user friendly. It took me almost an hour to find the correct way to delete my information. I have noticed many complaints of this extent. I hope you are able to help me resolve this problem

The credit card charges amounted to 61.92.
