I had an Apple employee enter my locked discussion masquerading as a satisfied customer and give a completly false account of Apple's support, pretending the work they finally accomplished had been fixed all along! If you have a .Mac account, you can Check it out at .Mac Support>.Mac Discussions>.MacTechnical Support >iDisk Discussions> Index won't update I reponded to this by pointing it out and referring people to your website, but they deleted my response. I re-entered the response but I doubt it wiil stay up more than a minute--Apple now has someone constantly monitoring that board. Take a look, not one topic is waiting for service, where usually people wait days and weeks! Why doesn't your website list iSight problems? for example the clamp that's supposed to hold the little iSight camera on the iBook was so badly designed that its actually a mechanical couple that tries to twist off when tightened!!
