i bought a contract from WIRELESSRUSNY 200 Water street New york. Name of the sales person is Vipul. he told me that i will get 800 rebate back when you sign up for 2year contract and a family plan for att Where you get 2 I PHONE 16GB 3GS FOR FREE. he took 150 for data plan cancellation.

I dont know what he is doing on the back side but when ever i go to the store the store is so busy that people dont even respond. i think i will post this compliant on att website so he will know the pain suffered by for customers. I called him several times since then requesting either to change it or cancel my order (retuning everything).

First of all he will not pick up the phone, If you are lucky to get connected then he will give you a excuse that my guys are not working today to check the rebates call us on Friday. After Friday is passed, He will say call after 6 PM to talk to vipul (the manager). Believe me he will never talk on the phone if you are not calling for new connection.

This store is giving 200 rebates on iphone 3gs but they are only giving it to indian customers. My co-workers and friends have received this deal but when i went in there they told me that they don't do this kind of deal. I had a friend who's indian go over there and he was given the deal. This is unfair business practice and discrimination.
