I tried to purchase a Verizon phone from Wireless Emporium. I wasn't approved, but they still deducted $18.99 from my debit card. They told me it would be put back on my card in 4 - 7 business days. Seven days have passed and I've written them numerous times. $18.99 doesn't sound like much, but it is the principal of the matter.
