Purchased four Tracfones for my children and husband as Christmas gifts in December 2001. Have yet to receive the rebate totaling $160.00. I e-mailed them in july 2002 was told to send them in again, sent them with proof of mailing and certified and still have not gotten any response. We are still using all 4 Tracfones.

I bought a Tracfone that had a rebate offer of $30.00 or so many minutes of wireless service free. I sent the completed form in the mail on 8/8/02. I elected for the minutes. It was returned to me stating that they needed more info. They never said exactly what they were needing only that it could have been certain things. I returned it to them again only guessing that what they needed was the serial number. They returned it to me again saying that they needed more information. I again guessed what they were needing because they were not specific. When I sent this back the second time I left my home phone number for them to contact me if I was not sending what they were needing. That is where things stand.

I have yet to receive my rebate offer. I would call but there was no phone number to call on the rebate for questions and they did not call me when I left my number. I left the number so we could get this resolved. I bought the Tracfone on good faith of this wonderful rebate offer. It has now been 6 months with no rebate.
