My service was constantly screwed up. When I contacted them to seek assistance, I could NEVER get anywhere with anyone. I requested to speak with a supervisor only to be yelled at by the supervisor and told that the are unwilling to work with me.

Cavalier Telephone Buys Talk America

It took them over 3 weeks to move my service and when they finally did, they didn't get it right, they were supposed to keep all services as they were at my previous address, no such luck. My voicemail was screwed up, they were supposed to keep my number UNLISTED and private, there was a recording leading whomever called to my NEW number this happened twice. I still do NOT have voicemail service nor 3/4ths of the features that come with my package. The customer service representatives are UNHELPFUL, UNFRIENDLY and UNINFORMED.

I have never been more dissatisfied with a company than I am with them. They take forever to complete orders and when they finally do, their 'completed' order is NOT completed satisfactorily.

I was set up as a business and we are a residence for our local phone service. They will not correct the problem, say I have to disconnect service then reconnect and pay all the fees, and will get no credit for all the time they charged us as a business. When we first called about the problem they promised to fix it for about 9 months and never did. They even sent paperwork and we had it notarized and mailed it back for them to change the service. Now they tell us they should never have done that.
