My phone card is losing minutes every time I go to make a call. The system tells me my pin is in use and I am the only one with access to my card and pin number yet, I have lost a significant amount of money. I've only been able to use $5 off of a $20 phone card haven't used it since Thursday 12/29/11 and today 1/2/12. I only have .03 cent as my balance when the last day I used it. In addition on the last day, I used it. I was unable to actually place a call myself because it stated that my pin was in use. I had to have a customer service rep make the call for me and put me through to my parents.

The craziest thing is that on December 28th, my balance was $15.88 and upon waking up on the 29th, my balance had dropped to $11.08. While they were supposed to be working this issue out, by Friday 12/30/11, I had not used the card and was expecting to have a balance of at least 13.00+ yet, now, I only have .03 cents on my card. I have been on the phone with customer service more than I have been able to use this card.

Phone Card is stealing my money! I dialed the number, pin and the destination number, but nothing happened. There was neither ringing nor static, just silence. After a while, I hanged up and tried again, only to find out that my balance was significantly lower than what I started with. To make matters worse, it charged me again on my second try, although nothing happened. Customer service told me that if I don't hear anything for 45 seconds and don't hang up, they will charge me. Once again, I tried and counted to 10 seconds and hanged up only to call again. I found out I was still being charged.

This letter is to complain about "Q-NY" prepaid phone card I recently purchased from a STi Prepaid LLC.

I purchased STi prepaid phone cards several times before and was completely unsatisfied with quality of the services and connection, and I stop purchased their phone cards totally. But recently I purchased Q-NY (the card I purchase all the time was not available in the store) I though, this is new card, and unfortunately it was the same company just different name for the card.

Practically immediately after connection with Ukraine I was interrupted by advertisement from company "Premium USA" that promotes Green Card Lottery Application help. I was asked to provide personal information (Name, address, home phone number). I try to call 4-5 times-the same story; I was interrupted over and over again. After many attempts I give up completely and loose money.

I called customer representative to find out how to deal with a problem I've had with "Q-NY" card. After I had been on hold for several minutes, came on the line. I had to explain my problem to him several times because he did not seem to be listening and therefore asked me the same questions repeatedly. Representative put me on hold for several minutes, and then returned to say he could not help me. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated.

This is not about money, card is not to expensive. This is about legitimate company with headquartering in New York, that practically stealing from thousands of people $2-5 each on daily basis by providing very low quality of services. I am confident that one day they will be pushed out from market.

this is in reference to calling cards that i use to call the philippines. the one card is called DMV. the other is called DMV VOICE. both cards are from sti llc. the problem is they keep ripping me off on the minutes i should be getting on the card. when i call about 70% of the time the first time i get a weird ringing or blank line. when i redail it has deducted minutes from my card. i have reported this problem to thier customer service at least 30 times over the past 6 months.

i have used several of thier access number to only have the same problem. when i call to report the loss they credit my time but it does me no good because the connection fee takes that time and with credit of 2 or 4 minutes i can not make a call to the philippines. if i get dc while talking it uses my minutes to reconnect so i usually can't complete my call. like i said i have reported this a number of times even talked to supervisor at customer service and nothing has been done to correct the problem.

i feel this is left uncorrected in order to give you less minutes so you have to spend money to buy a new card. besides it is a waste of time to get 2 minutes back on my card as i can not make a call. it cost me time and money to report this problem everyday to just not have anything done about it. i hope you can look into this matter because i'm sure the same is happening to thousands of other people daily. thank you.
