Trace of Chicago (10/29/02):
Sprint has repeatedly interrupted my cellular phone usage, citing that I have exceeded the minute usage of the plan I selected. I have upgraded my plan, only to have service interrupted, citing that I am in arrears for previous months. I have asked Sprint representatives to explain/justify how I can still owe them when I have had to pay them to have service reinstated.

I also have Sprint lomg-distance service, and was told today when I paying my bill, that I would have to have Sprint assume all of my long distance services (e.g., local toll). I feel Sprint has misrepresented what their actual terms/conditions in order to lure people to add to their customer base; succinctly, I want to challenge/grieve my continued contractual obligations with Sprint.

My cellular services are interrupted although I made a payment of $86.77 (their automated services operator cited this as the current charges). When I contacted Sprint, I was told I owed an additional $105.00. Based on the current plan I have and Sprint will interrupt services if you're just a few days past the end of the billing cycle, I can understand how I still owe them money.
