I am tired of NuEra service so kindly do something so that I can make a phone call to Maldives or refund my deposit back. Thanks.

I had an agreement with NuEra Telecom for international calling and the service was really bad. For 3 months, I complained to the customer service for the bad quality of the connection and they didn't do anything to fix the problem. I cancelled my account with them and asked for my deposit back which is $38.50. They kept on saying that it is coming to us next month, and for the next 5 months after that, they didn't send it. I called them every month when I was supposed to get my deposit back and they kept on saying it will be there next month. Last time I called them was today, June 14, 2011. I didn't get my money back for 5 months.

On 10/21/09, Tariq ** from tel # 1-877-686-7484 ext** charged me $70.00 to buy a new cellphone, with confirmation #**. I received a call from 1-800-859-4385 to confirm my transaction. I received the cellphone by mail & I returned the package unopened on 11/06/09, and it was received by them on January 04/2010. An operator from 1-800-761-5704 promised to send me refund of $68.98, but I never got it till now. Later I closed my checking account & I called 1-800-859-4385 & requested them to send me the refund by cheque. I never got it. So I called on 05/20/10 at extension ** & Miss Katherine says that, "your money was refunded on 02/19/10 on card ending #**", but it was never received in my bank.

Finally, I called on 05/10/10 at 12:45pm and Mr. Mike says, "the check was sent to you & the transaction # is ** for $68.00". I asked for the date of transaction & he refused to give that. I lost $70.00 + carfare $12.00 + mailing charges to return the cellphone around 410.00. The suffering & damage is endless. They were unfair in dealing, so I had to close my checking account & the debit card. All the printed checks bundle were trashed out. I spent days & hours to resolve the problem for more than a year. I have a feeling that someone cheated on me at this age of 62. Taking money in a nice way is okay, but not this irrational way.

There service was not good at all.Whenever I tried to call, my call was not go through. Even I was hung up right away. But they still charged me. I paid my bill because I don't want any argument and wrote a letter to them to disconnect my service. They did not disconnect my service and sent me another bill which was not a correct bill.

I have not use their service after i paid my first bill. The second bill was all made up too. I tried their service only one week. Their service was not good. I was not happy with their service. I did not even tried again. They used my numbers and made a fake bill. I called again and told them, "Please, I don't want your service. Please disconnect my service." But they are not listening to me and trying to call us again and again.

They are giving us very hard time. I requested to them to send me the record of my bill which I have already paid. They haven't send me the bill yet. I am not going to pay them unless they resolve my issue. This company is giving us a lot of stress. Their customer service is not good at all. Even their customer service connection is not good. You can't hear them because of static. Usually they hang up on you or disconnect the line without listening. I don't want anybody to have that stress or be victim of this company.
