ILD Teleservices 12.95 Charge on my Windstream telephone bill. I did not order anything from Ild. upon calling Ild you must punch 1 for English, I don't push one for anyone this is America!

Windstream Called Ild they said the bill was being canceled but it would be a couple of months. I am supposed to be issued credit for all charges after the bogus service is canceled.

After reading ConsumerAffairs.com, it seems this company has a long history of inaccurately billing people for phone calls that never were made. I received a charge on my AT&T statement for 7.14 on June 17,2008 for a phone call that they say was on May 10,2008. I called and complained and in July received a credit for 2.15. They still have not credited me the remaining 4.99. I hope the FTC nails this company and they go out of business. Anybody that is associated with this company should be ashamed at what they are doing to people.

Companies like this think people will not fight back because of the time involved it that it takes to go after and fight for whats right. Your'e wrong!

My elderly father was in an area where his cell phone did not receive service so he called me collect with ILD teleservices. They billed me 41.77 for a 4 minute call.

ATT billed me a charge of 57.19 twice in June and July 2008. The company they are billing for is ILD, which in turn is billing for CONTACT MESSAGE SYSTEMS, LLC. CONTACT MESSAGE SYSTEMS told me that they would give me a credit and that they would cancel the account. That was on July 22 to cover charges reflected in the June bill. A few days later I got another phone bill with the same charge. Now the company is telling me that because of company policy they would not issue a credit and that I would have to request a credit by fax.

Telemarketer called my office in June. I specifically stated I do not want their service. However, a 49.95 charge appeared on my Verizon bill. Called the New LInks Network phone number. Obtained fax to get a credit back. Aron gave my a fax number that is always busy.

I have a 49.95 charge plus tax that I have to pay, and not able to get a refund.
