My elderly brother-in-law wanted to call us to let us know he was on his way to visit us. He was six miles from our house without any pocket-change, so he made a collect call. Our latest phone bill had an ILD Telesevices charge of $20.82 for that collect call. It was less than 3 minutes!

A bogus charge appeared on my Qwest telephone bill. It was for a collect call I never received from a person I do not know. Qwest claims they have no control over this. They said I would have to contact the company that made the charge, but I do not know how to do that since there is no address or telephone number available.

When I Googled the company, I saw nothing but other complaints similar to mine and was finally lead to your website.

Damages: $2.36 (for one minute) including $.21 in taxes. Seems minor but I did not receive this call. Plus, I am worried that this could occur again if there's no control over this happening.
