Brandon of LIVINGSTON, TN April 24, 2009 Since October 2008 I could not get to send me a bill. I had to call after my service would be cut off. After 4 months of calling I starting asking to speak to a supervisor. After finally getting the taken care of then they would cut of service again due to the smart card being expired. I would call and they would not send out new cards. I have had to request them three time and still can not get them. This causes me alot of trouble having to call and have them to rebut the old card. I just want my TV to work without me having to call several times each month with a problem. Steven of Duff, TN April 23, 2009 My mother who is on a fixed income switched to dish network. Their ads on tv state 14.99/mo. for 6 mos. and three mos. of showtime. When she recieved her first bill Dish Network had switched it to 3 mos. lower fee. I have tried to talk to them but they just keep giving me the run around. They also stated she would have to pay 250.00 if they disconnected it. Mr. of Mangum, OK April 22, 2009 I had Dish Network for my home and they allways added extra fees and charges all the time to our acct. They never made the effort to correct their faults. Instead they cont. to take advantage of people like my self. They charge the customers a bill and report to the credit company on the balances owed. This a crime its self, to charge fasley charges to anyone. The systems would automatic put movies or charges on the acct. I am tired of this drama. I have spent years and months trying to put a stop these companies actions to the general public. I have a credit report they sent to transunion etc. for a balance and to cont. until 2011 I need them to remove negative items that have a negative effect that are not accurate or incorrect. I would like for a settlement for damages done to myself and family. Hope Beal of Payson, UT April 22, 2009 I do not have an account with Dish Network and they charged 170.00 to my bank debit card for someone elses account. I called to get them to refund me and they gave me some crap that they couldn't tell me who did it but someone called in and used my card. I asked them to call my bank and have them remove the authorization and they said they couldn't. They then told me to fax a copy of my bank statement in, so I did. Still am fighting with them. I had surgery scheduled for the following day which I could not get any of my medicine. I had to pawn half my stuff to be able to get my prescriptions. 170.00 turned into 500.00 with NSF and loan fees. Sharon of Jonesborough, TN April 16, 2009 Sharon of Jonesborough TN (04/16/09) Charles of Midland, VA April 14, 2009 Charles of Midland VA (04/14/09) Saifuddin of Ellicott City, MD April 12, 2009 Saifuddin of Ellicott City MD (04/12/09) I called the customer service and they realized the mistake and told me that next month bill it will be adjusted. In next month bill they again charged me to Cinemax and International channel. Same thing happened, the customer service realized the mistake and told next month bill it will be adjusted. Duering that month had some problem with remote and was not able to watch program at all. They told me there will be a credit for 10 days. Above all these, they again charged me for Cinemax and international channel. This time decided to cancel the service from March 28, 2009. After the cancellation they sent me another bill 183.97 to be paid. I declined to pay this and decided to take legal action against this. If someone can help me with legal action I would appreciate this. Report Your Experience
