I feel like the bank is double dipping on compliance charges. I have to pay over $150.00 a year in order to run my small business and except merchant services capabilities.

I am being charged for $17.50 per month and I haven't had this company in at least 15 years or more.
After four attempts at correcting my visa credit card processing terminal problem at my business, in which my customers were unable to use their credit card for purchases, I changed companies and sent a fax informing Sage Payment Solutions I was terminating my contract with them for cause. Not only was I unable to correct my problem with them, this company was unwilling to send anyone out to attempt to fix the problem nor did they offer me a new terminal. The Fax was received on October 12the 2009.
On October 16th, Sage deducted 300.00 from my checking account. I contacted Sage asking for my money back as I terminated early for cause as my fax stated. Sage was unwilling to work with me and left me very unhappy.
