We were shipped state/federal workplace posters, which we did not order, and then received an invoice for the same. So far, we have been unable to contact anyone at Safety Sam to fix the problem. The phone number listed on the invoice dumps you into "Maria's" voice mail, with no other choices. Unsolicited shipments seem to be the new wave of money making schemes.

Company sent a poster and invoice in mail without any purchase being made -- i.e. they shipped something to me and asked me to pay for it, without me ordering anything. They are asking for money from my company for an unwanted good. I have tried to reach them but get passed to voicemail and redirected to different people.
