New Machines that don't work! I ordered a bill accepter and a change machine for my car wash from this company. they cost thousands of dollars. when i had them installed and went to use them they would not work because of faulty, brand new, bill validators. i called the company and told them and they said they would send out new ones on monday 8/10/09. I haven recieved them yet, even though they have my credit card info, so i called them back today. they informed me that they didnt know what i was talking about because there was'nt anything sent out. they then said that they didnt have those parts in stock and didnt know when they would have them in. after being put on hold for 20 min, they came back on the line and said they would send me used ones for my brand new machines! I should have bought a used one if im going to get used parts. i then asked for the person in charge, which i didnt get. they then informed me that they would send out new parts today and we should recieve them by wed 8/26/09. I thought they didnt have any parts, i wonder where they came from or if i will really get them.
