What was sold to me as a "bumper-to-bumper" extended service contract for 100,000 miles did not cover the battery (which I had to replace twice) and did not cover a broken shock bracket. I was sold this warranty with the understanding that service would be provided to 100,000 miles but at 52,000 miles this warranty is worthless. |
