vedat of auburn, AL October 10, 2009

october 5th monday I bought a car from this toyota dealer. they sold the car as is with 3 months engine and transmission warranty. hovewer, before I bought the car I asked to the sales person whether everything is ok or not woht the car and he said everything is ok because the car just inspected. when he said that it has just inspected I thought the brakes, oil changes and that kind of stuff is ok, checked and I can drive the car to the alabama from philadelphia.

I got the car and at the same day I started to drive to alabama. after 6 hours drive I stopped in north carolina , in a mc donalds store and I heard a noise from the engine, I opened the hood and checked the engine oil and there was no oil nothing, I called the delaer and they told to put oil and go. thanks God one older man helped me we went to the advanced auto parts with his car and buy oil and put oil inside of the engine. I waited almost 1 and half hour and continued to drive. after I came to alabama the brake light came on with a noise from the brake pads. I called the delaer again and told them that I took the car to the mechanic. I wanted them to pay the expenses because they told me everything was ok with the car.

there was suppose to no problem. adn then the manager told me his name is bob m., to tkae the car mechanic and se what happens. I took the car to the mechanic adn mechanic told me that it needed oil change and the brakes had to be changed pads and rotors and I called the delaer and they said they are not going to pay for the brakes. they will pay only the oil change. I dont know what to do do I need to sue them or can I sue them. they lie to me abviously. they are delaer and they sold an inspected car. If this car was inspected, why there is a problem with the brakes and why there was no oil inside of the engine. what kind of business they are doing. If someone help me or tell me what to do I'll appreciate that. estimate of the mechanic is 329.73 for brakes, 81.96 for belt, 20.16 for air filter, 59.88 for oil changes.
