2005 GMC Envoy. For the last two years, my emissions light has been on. Muller would not attempt to fix it until inspection. Inspection came and that's when all the headaches came. For the last three months my envoy has been failed due to the light being on. Muller keeps saying it was something else and it seems they were avoiding the problem each time they worked on it. They tried to bill me and then bill General Motors so they would make double the money. Five times they worked on it. The Envoy finally passed inspection but who knows for how long before the light comes back on.

I own a 2009 Chevy Malibu LS, its a 4 cyl., it is terrible on gas. So I have been looking around, I found on Muller's web site a white Chevy Cobalt 2010. Now, I was there in Jan. of 2011. I was interested in a Camaro, when I realized it was out of my budget. I didn't have a problem looking at something else. I looked around, I said no you don't have anything I like. So the manager 2 months ago came out and told me to look a black 2010 cobalt which was on the opposite side of building. I did not see it. I went and looked at it, i said no I'm sorry I don't want black. I hate it and it was only 2 dr. I need 4 door. The manager said "This is the only car the bank will finance with no money down." The car had a price sticker on it for 16,995. He told me I wouldn't need any money down as long as I traded my '09 Malibu. I refused that deal. Now 2 months later, my credit score is up. I found this cobalt today, it's listed for $16,495. Muller's managers now tell me I need a down payment for this car.

First off the Carfax reports they bought it at auction. they were not showing me any prices they are willing to come down. I believe they didn't come down at all. I realized I am upside down in my vehicle, and they need to roll some over. But they use the excuse that the bank won't do it. I need money down. 2 months ago, I didn't need anything down same exact price range for both Cobalts. The managers were trying to push on us an HHR which I drove one before and I hate driving them. They are the ugliest cars I have ever seen. But the bottom line is, the dealerships lie by using the bank as an excuse and the car was bought at auction for a lot cheaper than what they put it on the lot for. They have room to move around so the bank could approve it in the payment range that I would need. Not to even mention, I never even got to speak with my internet Salesman face to face when I arrived. He then called me at 7:40 pm at night and asked me to reschedule the appointment because I didn't show up.

I said, oh no I was there. The other managers jumped all over me right away. I explained to him they would not allow me to the buy the car, but 2 months ago it was ok. I am real upset, mad, and outraged because it cost me gas, a flat tire I got on the way home, toll booth. It was more of an expensive trip for me and they worry about losing money. Utmost horrible experience I have ever has at Chevy dealer but the way I have seen all Chevy dealers are alike anymore. They always try to sell you a car you didn't even inquire about, or they give you the most ridiculous car payment after you just told them what payments you could make. I think I will drive a Toyota instead.

Continuous statements made by sales employee Megan ** at Muller Chevrolet, from 4/27 through 5/09, assured me immediate availability (within 1 day) of a new 2010 Chevrolet Equinox for me to purchase. I was given a VIN and I immediately provided a deposit on 4/27, as the dealership requested, in order to hold this vehicle. Starting on 4/27, I contacted the dealership on a daily basis to pick up my new vehicle and was told the vehicle will be in tomorrow. The vehicle that a deposit was given to secure never arrived.

In fact, at least three other new vehicles that were also promised to arrive within one day of me contacting the dealership never arrived. At this point, after exhausting all options of borrowing a vehicle, working from home and even walking, I was forced to rent a car. Even at this point (4/29), Muller Chevrolet continued to promise me a new vehicle that would be available tomorrow. During this time, I provided them with all of their multiple requests including copies of my driver's license, insurance card, registration and even completed a loan application to ensure delivery of my new vehicle at 0% financing. During the entire process with Muller, I was consistently assured that I would get my new car as planned at 0% financing by tomorrow, and to not look elsewhere for my new car. I believed Megan ** when she said Michael **, one of the dealerships owners, guaranteed it.

After seven days of renting a vehicle at my expense, I was then promised delivery of a new vehicle or a loaner car on 5/5. When I contacted the dealership on Wednesday 5/5 to arrange pick-up of the new or loaner vehicle, the dealership reneged on their promise and informed me of their decision to either continue to try to locate a new vehicle or offer me a used vehicle, which surprisingly would cost the same amount of the new vehicle they had originally promised. With this, I decided to locate and purchase a vehicle from another dealership.

I purchased my 2006 Ford F-350 Diesel in August, 2009. I noticed a knocking sound. I asked the dealer to look at it. They told me to take it to a ford dealer, they are a Chevy dealer. They did not want anything to do with helping me fix my truck. In December, 2009 I had to replace the transmission. When I bought the truck, it only had 36,000 miles. Over 2,000 dollars for a new transmission. Now the truck has a fuel line leak, blown head gaskets, engine is bad and will need to be replaced, truck jumps all over when driving, catalytic converters missing, wiring all messed up, exhaust system, fuel lines and fuel system and engine compartment wiring have all been modified.

This means that the warranty they told me I have is useless. I cannot afford to get all this fixed. So my dream truck or so I thought sits in my driveway because it is unsafe to drive and I pay $624.00 a month for a junk. I believe that Muller Chevrolet knew all of this and did not tell me at the time of purchase. That is why they did not want to fix it. Besides all that they are very very nasty. I hope you can help. I really am at my wits end. No one seems to be able to help me with this and I need my truck for work. Now I am losing income on top of it all. The truck is unsafe to drive. I almost got into multiple accidents. And I am losing income because I need my truck for work plus all the money I am losing.

I went to this dealership to to purchase a vehicle in Dec. of 06. They ran a ad in the local adverisment for 6000 dollars on any trade, so I traded my vehicle in, in turn they gave me a 2002 pontiac grand am gt they said the car was for 12500 dollars but they never gave me the money for the trade, they just marked the vehicle up to 19000 to make it look like they did so the basically lied and not only that the car had some mehanical problems also that they did not want to repair.

I went to a local dealership, Muller Chevrolet, on August 10th to purchase a vehicle. I asked for a car, 4 door, safe and reliable, yet affordable since I have a 3 year old daughter and I am expecting another in January. They showed me a few cars but really pushed a 2006 Ford Taurus, 4 doors, it was a base model but that did not concern me it only made it more affordable, it had quite a few miles but I did not even think about it.

I started the financing paperwork that day and they let em take the car with dealer plates, after , of course, putting down a deposit ($500.00 - check) The very next day I noticed the air conditioning was leaking inside the car on the passenger side floor, so I called and brought it in. They fixed it. A few days later I noticed that there was something wrong with eh power steering, and roters, and brakes, and transmission, the car was vibrating over 50 MPH, whining constantly (power steering), shaking roughly when applying the brakes, needless to say I was not happy and very concerned.

They offered to fix the problems but after speaking with a mechanic I was told that the best thing to do would be to return the car and find something else as it appeared to be a problem car or a lemon. So I informed them of what I was told and they kept trying to change my mind but they did show me the other cars they had available, I found one that I liked and they claimed they could not finance it for me due to high mileage and again referred back to the Taurus.

Very frustrated at this point I explained that I did not want that car, and I would not be taking it. They asked if I liked anything else on the lot, which I did not. I explained that since I could not find anything else and would not take the Taurus I wanted my deposit back so I could find a car...They did NOT like that. They began telling me that I somehow caused the damage to the Taurus, which was impossible I only drove it for 1 1/2 weeks! That really upset me, I was crying and actually began getting cramps... This was their excuse for not wanting to return my deposit.

My parents even came down and tried to reason with them but they said I was not entitled to my deposit even though the financing had never completely gone thru as I was awaiting insurance. I decided to run a car fax report on the vehicle since I had the VIN number from t he paperwork...It turns out the car was a rental from New York!!!! They never disclosed this information to me nor had me sign anything stating it was a rental, which I was informed in NJ State Law and confirmed it with another local dealership. Obviously knowing it was a rental would have changed my mind since we know what some people do to rental cars!!!

So I brought a copy of the car fax report into the dealership and explained to the salesman that it was never brought to my attention and from what I was told that "VOIDS" any type of agreement made. (despite that the financing had not gone thru) He told Scott the manager and he said I did not have to business with them but I am not entitled to my money back! Please Help! It has been one month and I still have not gotten my deposit and I am still without a car. $500.00 may be nothing to them but to us it is alot.

Purchase a used 2003 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 on 7/25/2006. Muller Chevrolet guarantied that vehicle will pass NJ State inspection. Windshield was cracked upon purchase. Sale manager Scott refuse to replace windshield because I couldn't locate my manual with my trade in.
