• Mercedes Hopes to Buff Its Image

Candice of Evanston IL (8/28/04):
My 2004 Mercedes G55 AMG broke out in flames and burned up. The car (less than 1000 miles) was sitting in my driveway and had not been turned on in over 24 hours. I came outside to see the interior on fire.

Damage Resulting: The car was totaled. I lost over $40,000 in art and antiques.
