patty of paincourtville, LA September 23, 2009

I went to Barker Honda to purchase a 2009 honda crv. After talking with Mr.C in he presented me with an approval without my trade.I acceppted the deal when in his office after calling a relative a taking over the notes on my car.Well that night things changed and i needed to trade the car. So i called Mr.C that next morning and told him i needed him to rework the deal including the trade and he said o.k. but couldn't promise me the same note.So i took the trade in and 2 days later my salesman Harry called and said that Mr.C said i would need at least

$3000.00 and i didn't do it.We began looking for another car purchase for my daughter we were wanting to buy two cars. While waiting I decided to test drive the crv to see if i could work out it and i couldn't work out of it.So the salesman and i went back to dealership. The situation was explained to the finance manager Mr.C and from that he and the salesman began searching the whole lot new and used to find the vehicle that would work for me.We didn't find one.So Mr.C suggested I go to another honda dealership to test drive a Honda Element that he thought might work for me there were none at his lot so that's why he suggested another dealership and was going to get it to their lot if i could use it.Well i couldn't use it, i never took the 2009 crv from the dealership at no time was it in my possession off the car lot.Thinking the finance manager resended, called back or cancelled the contract i find out

Mrs. of Thibodaux LA (07/28/08)
I have a 2004 CRV Honda with only 37,000 miles on it. The whole ac unit crystalized and we were told my the mechanic that they have had quiet a few crv that this happened to.However most go out with more miles than this. If the honda company knew about this problem why was it not a recall for this matter to be taken care of.If we did not take out a extended warrenty we would have to had paid $4000.00 how ever we have to pay $50.00 because we had the extended warrenty. We however feel that we should not even have to pay this if the company alredy knew this was a problem in the crv models.
