I am a Jiffy Lube employee and would like to state that Jiffy Lube does have good lawyers, as do most big franchises; however, the lawyers are there for everyone's protection. I have seen many customers come into Jiffy Lube with false accusations that we broke their vehicle. In most cases, the customer does not have the right information or he is trying to scam the company.

We do make mistakes sometimes and we are not trying to deny people who are legitimately wronged. If you take your car elsewhere, those shops make mistakes as well; they just aren't a national franchise like Jiffy Lube, so you don't hear about them as often.
