I had my oil change and notice a spot of oil in the parking space that soon after was more as normal. My oil light came on more frequent to add oil. I took my car to my normalservice person and required about the oil leak and as he jacked the car to change the oil he showed me the screw as stripped and now I have to replace the oil pan for 175.00.

On Oct 28, 2005, I was moving from New Bern Nc to Fla, On my way i stopped to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube owned by Lucor in New Bern NC. The two employees had manually turned off the cameras in the bays,and gone through eveything I owned.They stole all of my family's jewelry which can never be replaced and the District Attorney never did anything to prosecute these two, and they had been accused of this before! Jiffy lube new they were criminals! I am extemely distraught even today feeing like I have been raped and beaten. The police stopped the investigation when Altovese Hills didnt show up for a lie detector test. I have been left hanging out to dry. To this day, no one has ever helped me with this!

I had 4 generations of estate jewelry that they stole, It was mine and my 4 daughters inheritance. It can not ever be replaced, the owners of this location have continued to ignore me and my plight.The statute of limitations is up in October. I will never forget this for the rest of my life.

On June 11, 2008, I took my car for an oil change and flush and fill, the work was done, 6 days later, my car quit working, when I opened the hood, there was a flush and fill connector from Jiffy Lube lying between the engine and th Distributor, it has produced enough heat transfer to melt one of the wires to my distributor, I had to miss a day of work as I realized this at 9:30 at night, I replaced the distributor only to find out I had purchased a faulty distributor there for I had my mechanic look at it and he than put a new distributor on it and it now works, I then took the distributor with the melted wire and the flush and fill connecto to the Jiffy Lube, the manager at that time stated to call the corporate office which I had already done and they would re-imburse me the 483.60 for the repair at my mechanic. Now today 06-25-08, the manger notified me he never said that and Steve at the main office is denying my claim. I still have the distributor and the flush and fill connector along with pictures to go with this. My wife also saw the connector on the car engine next to the distributor. All I want is Jiffy Lube to refund my 483.60 for the repair, I am not asking for the tow charge, the lost days pay or a refund on the work they did, I believe I am being more than fair, Thank you in advance if you can help me.

They charged 110.00 to change the transmission oil, but they never did the transmission filter, i asked to the person in charge & he said your truck don't need the trans filter 'cause is only 123K. BAD SERVICE.

on 5/7/08, i ordered a gift card for my granddaughter. she never received this gift card order # 70000642., she brought the confirmation order to the jiffy lube in alexandria and they refused to honor this. I have been trying for 3 days to talk to someone at Jiffy lube and have gotten shifted from one to the other with no success. please explain to me that when i call these numbers i have either been hung up on or transferred to someone who refuses to help. I am very frustrated, I would appreciate a response to this email. thank you.
