Karen of Genoa City, WI October 21, 2009

I called to make an appointment for my car. The Oil Filter housing is very loose and the oil places won,t change my oil. I asked for this to be fixed and also I wanted to take advantgage of the coupons I recieved in the mail for the free inspections. when I asked for the free rental car John laughed for a very long time. He said so far your total is 39.95, that doesn't cover the free rental. First of all he hasn't seen my car he doesn;t know if their is other repairs, I have been their before and I always spent over $200. John was very disrespecful and I felt like he was prejudice because i;m a woman. Also when I called back and confronted him about this John deneided it. Still making me feel bad.

Kelly of Silver Lake, WI July 3, 2008

I applied for a used car loan online. One of the salesmen contacted me by phone. I was usually at work when they called to tell me they were working on getting me financed. I had gotten a call telling me they had good news for me, so I went up to the dealership. The salesman I was working with (Chuck Church) had gone home early that day because he was sick, so I worked with a different salesman (Joe).

He had told me what price range I was approved for. I test drove the car, then while he was getting the paperwork ready, he comes back and tells me if Chuck or Novi (the finance officer) had told me to bring current proof of residence or a current paystub, which they didn't. I faxed them the info the next day...meanwhile I had signed all the paperwork of buying a car, wrote them a check for the downpayment ($1,500) and called my car insurance company at the dealership to switch the cars on my policy. A week later, the bank that financed me had told the dealership, that I also needed another current paystub and two references. I faxed those to them.

Another week later AFTER the dealership had cashed my downpayment check and after I was told my first car payment would be due at the end of July, I have the dealership (not the bank) calling me and telling me that I now need a co-signer for the car loan.
