In December of 2008 I have purchased a car at the above mentioned dealership and was promised a $500.00 gasoline rebate after registering with them. I did as indicated, but did not receive any discount coupons. I have tried to call but the telephone number doesn't work.

McGrath Lexus of Chicago. Dealing with Lexus, you expect a level of service and integrity that goes beyond the typical car dealership. Wrong. I knew that I wanted a Lexus, talked to a sales rep (Jon), agreed a price and range for the trade-in. When I arrived, I had the typical 'switch'. The price for the new car was the same but minus a $2,000 option. The trade-in was $2,000 less than the rep's "conservative" estimate. It was a joke. I was really surprised. So, I was $4,000 off from what I had expected... they did the typical wait here, I'll talk to the manager... they edged up $500 increments. Finally, I just left. I love Lexus, but McGrath dealership ruined the buying experience for me.
