Russell of Ft. Lauderdale writes:

I have leased a new 1999 Mazda Millenia which I chose after reviewing on-line many different cars in this class. The overwhelming praise about the fit and finish along with impeccable quality materials and workmanship made me take a test drive.

On Sunday, 4:00P I want to the local dealer. Test drove the car. Most of the car was wonderful on the test drive (10 minutes around the block).  At this time I did not notice any discomfort levels and leased the car.

On the way home I felt uncomfortable in the drivers seat and attributed this to the leather being new as well as the seat cushion. The next morning drive was my commute to work (15-20 minutes) and during the commute the front seat was bothering my back and bottom. I felt a numbness and when I got out of the car I couldn't believe the lasting effect of that feeling of discomfort.

I drove again an hour later and within 10 minutes that numb feeling started again. The car is great, the seat is painful. I immediately called my salesman and requested to return the car because of this reason and he laughed and said sorry...you own it. The car now has 80 miles on it and I can't sit in it.
