I bought an extended warranty for $1,595 to cover this vehicle against any suprise problems that might occur during my ownership. Kind of a just-in-case policy...

Sure enough the transmission needs to be repaired. The company, that issued this policy does not want to cover the cost to repair. Denied the coverage due to the fact service was done by the owner of the vehicle.

A warranty is a contract.  You need to read your warranty and be sure you understand the terms and conditions.  Most warranties don't cover work done by the owner.  Sorry.
