This company is full of it. They will rell you exactly what you want to hear to sell a car. I am convinced that there is not one car on there lot that does not require at least one major car repair. I am an idiot, but hindsight is a mf. I bought 3 cars from them. The first was a 01 Black Altima, a week after we had it it started rattling and had a funny smell everytime the air kicked on.

We took it back and they sent it to Auto Tech, which is another company that needs a compliant on them. Auto Tech did there little patch job and took all day may two, just to get it back with it still making the same noise. Rob (owner) said we can fix it but I was not wanting to keep a car that had problems as soon as I got it. Rob agreed to switch the car to anothe Altima he had which was cheaper. I lost a little money, but this car ran better. However, rear and front bumpers were not fully attached.

We took it back to have the bumpers put on again, they sent it to Auto Tech who did not fix the bumper at all, they put screws on broken screw holes and the bumpers both came undone 2 days later. Ok, you would think this would be enough to make me never go back.

Well my boyfirned came home with a black Volvo XC90 to make a long story short we got the XC90 and a Vovlo S40. The XC90 has a DVD player that did not work. JB is one of the biggest liars I have ever meant promised me everything I asked for, but could not/would not fix what he promised. JB said that all of there high in cars were worked on by Pro Tech, which was a big lie Auto Tech does all ther work. He promised the DVD player would be fixed 7 months later they still want to try and fix it themselves. They refuse to pay an authorized Vovlo dealer to even look at it and Auto Tech has proven that they have no idea how to fix it.

Also not even a month after I got the car, I took it in for a routine braek job to an authorized Volvo dealer just be told that the rear rotors were months gone $500.00 worth to which Rob only agreed to pay $250. These people will tell you exactly what you need to hear to buy a car but they will not stand behind there word. All of there cars have problems. To quote JB salesman "Well it is a used car". That should be enough said.

I will never in life be a repeat customer and will never recommend anyone buy a car from them. To me a man/woman is only as good as there word and Ultimate Image Auto's word is not even worth 1/2 cent
