This is for the young lady who said she purchased a car from Mega Hit and she went there and they said they will be back at 2:00 close for construction. Well, I went to the DMV on Hillsborough, the old East Lake mall and they are aware of the complaints and Peter has been working with them because they have gone out of business but they are complying with the DMV. That's where you need to go first to get what you need. I talked to Peter or Vucan all the time. They know I don't play so they help me all the time. I even got a good working SUV. I hope this helps a lot.

I purchased a vehicle from this place. I made my payments on time, and on 12-30-2011, I made my final payment. I got a receipt showing my zero balance. However, the person in charge did not give me a car title. It's been two weeks and I have not received my title. Now the place is closed for "construction" and it has a sign that says it will be open at 2:00 pm. I've been by the business everyday and it is not open. There are only four cars on the lot. I have no title. I can't even register the vehicle, because he is still the owner listed at the DMV. I feel like I've been scammed. I'm still waiting for a title.

Sara purchased a 1994 Ford Explorer for $1000 down with an agreement to make monthly payments of $300 for the next 4 months. One week after purchasing the Explorer, the engine blew. We contacted Vulcan to tell him what happened and he said he would have it towed back to his shop to have his mechanic diagnose the problem.
After a week, Vulcan towed the Explorer back to his shop and after another week, verified the engine was blown. This left Sara without a vehicle for 2 weeks now. Vulcan's solution was to pick out another vehicle and the $1000 Sara originally put down would apply to the next car she picked out. However, all vehicles he had were high mileage junk, so Sara decided not to purchase another vehicle from Mega Hit Auto Sales. She asked for $500 back of the original $1000 deposit and Vulcan agreed. He said he would mail $500 check to Sara, however that was 2 weeks ago exactly.
We contacted Vulcan yesterday and told him we would take him to court if she did not receive the $500 by today and his reply was "see you in court". Sara tried to reason with Vulcan, by taking a $500 loss for a vehicle she only drove for 1 week. Now Vulcan has the Explorer and Sara's $1000. Sara lost $1000 and doesn't have a vehicle now, which causes great stress in finding transportation to and from work. She is a young professional, who works in excess of 40 hours per week. The lack of transportation has greatly affected her ability to arrive at work on time on a regular basis.
